Explained to the fraud department that only the charge for $2.99 was authorized not the five charges of 15.99 for a total of $79.95. Contacted the company to ask them why they had charged by credit card. The representative could not answer the question. I asked to speak with her supervisor. Was told that there is no supervisor. I explained to the customer service representative that I would be contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint as well as contact my credit company to complain about the fraudulent charge on my credit card.
AmoLatina.com offers a $2.99 "special promotion" to try out their website. The promo states one can reply to women's letters or communicate directly until the "credits" one acquires in the promo are used, where upon, new credtis much be purchased.
My credit card was charged $2.99 on 12/7/2015. Then on 12/10/2015, 12/10/2015 and 12/28/2015 my card was charged an additional $15.99 on five occasions for a total of $79.95.
Upon receiving my complaint AmoLatina replied that I "must have accidentially selected the auto-bill feature" when responding to a letter on the site. This is total fabrication and fraud.d
At no time did I ever select such a charge feature. My complaint was completely dismissed by the company. This website is a complete fraudulent company / website. I want my credit card credited for the total of $79.95 for these fraudulent charges.
This web site Amolatina.com just stole about 100.00 dollars from my bank account this weekend. 12-27 to 12-29. I looked on line at my banks website and found that they had stole like 4-15.99 charges, 1-18.99 charge, and one 2.99 charge I actually signed up for. I thought I was paying a 2.99 for the first month. "DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT CARD NUMBER AND AUTHORIZATION" They will steal alot of money from your account. I noticed all the charges on Monday morning, called my bank to dispute them stealing money. Cancelled my debit card, called AminoLatino 800 number to terminate my account. "AMOLATINO ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES" Also there are many women thieves from Ghana working behind the scenes on Amolatino.com claiming to be women in other places. "THEY ALL JUST WANT YOUR MONEY"
