Purchased an item on Walmart.com on 11/26/2016. One single item for my son. On 11/27/2016 the funds were taken out of my bank account. On 11/30/2016 I received an email stating the item has been shipped and was to be delivered on 12/09/2016. Today is now 12/16/2016 and I have customers service a call at AMI Ventures Inc, the seller through Walmart. For them to tell me my item hasn't been shipped and there is no updated tracking. And that I need to wait til next week to put in a request for a refund because it's a Friday. This was a Christmas gift, if you order through Walmart be cautious of the third party sellers and check the reviews first.
We ordered through Walmart from a third party vendor AMI Ventures. They sent a tracking number, our video game was delivered to the wrong address. They said they would correct the problem send new tracking number but never did. Called Walmart (again), the service rep called the vendor AMI Ventures, only to be hung up on. Walmart then returned my money, thankfully. I wish I had researched this company before ordering. They have so any complaints, and many are similar to mine. I am also contacting walmart again because they should not be allowed to be even associated with walmart. Their ratings are low, and so many complaints. Do Not Order from AMI Ventures.
I ordered 2 computer bags on a sears site when they arrived i was keeping one and trying to return the other. I went to sears and tried to return it from the mail order return the man who came to help me told me to just take it to the register. The girl at the register told me they could not take it back because it had amazon receipts and i had to go to a amazon return center. I next went to kohl's and tried to return with them both of the receipts has been chopped off so they could not scan it. Went home to try calling sears could not find any number for them. Went to my order to find that it was actually what they call a market place vendor ami ventures. I have been trying to return ever since. Finally got an approval to return told to print out my mailing address return slip. Then i am supposed to print the your order

On December 31, 2016 I ordered a Desktop Coffee Tea beverage warmer through Walmart.com. the item cost $32.22 which includes shiping. The item was suppose to arrive between JAN 10 and JAN 16 2017. As of February 1, 2017 the item was still not received. I called Walmart.com on February 1 to find out what happened to my order. The woman I spoke to said that Wal-Mart order this item through another company called AMI Ventures Inc. She said that I would have to speak with one of their representatives to get the problem resolved. She then placed a phone call with AMI and handed me off to their Rep.
When tried to speak with him he APPEARED to not hear me because just kept saying hello and then eventually hung up. I was given a phone number for this company by the Wal-Mart Rep so I was able to call them back but it took several attempts to get somebody to pick up and when they finally did, the connection was so bad I could only hear about every other word he said. On top of that, English was obviously not his first language so it was like pulling teeth getting him to understand what I wanted. I was planning on having them reship the item but after all of this hassle I decided to just ask for my money back. I was not able to find an internet site for AMI Ventures INC nor could I find and email address for them.
The only contact information I could find was their phone number. Supposedly I will be getting an email confirmation from them telling me that I am being refunded my money but I am not optimistic. Mail order companies these days should be required to have multiple ways to be contacted, i.e. email address, chat session, and phone. I believe that Wal-Mart also shares some of the responsibility for this since they are the ones who went through this company to fill my order through their web site. For that matter, they should be the ones that has to handle issues regarding any orders that go through their company as it is an Agent Principle relationship between the two companies.

Walmart told me I would not be charged until it was confirmed my order was processed and shipped. I noticed the next morning I was charged and never received an e-mail. I then received an e-mail from this so called company stating that they have to cancel my order because my product was damaged in shipping and it was the only one they had left in stock. This literally would have had to of happened before the product was even put in a delivery truck. I know that they most likely saw the price they put was a mistake and now they're trying to cover it up so they don't have to send me anything. The fact that I got charged immediately before I got any e-mails is super sketchy, like they were trying to get my credit card information and then act like something happened to the product and not actually send me anything. This is a fraudulent business.
I placed an ordere for a kayak paddle through Walmart.com I did not realize the sale was being placed with an outside vendor. I thought soemthing was odd when I placed the order and learned it would take a month and a half to receive the item.
After three weeks I received an email from Walmart.com that the item was shipped. When I checked the tracking number it reported that the number was created but the merchandize was not received. I waited a week and rechecked with the same results.
Walmart.com provides a link to contact the seller, but it did not work. So I was not able to find out why the item was not shipped.
Three weeks later the arrival datte came and went w/o the item being delivered. I contacted Walmart.com and sent a message asking where my merchandize was and what was with the bogus tracking number.
Walmart.com forwarded and email response to be from the vendor telling them my shippmet was lost and they would contact me regarding a refund or replacement. THey never made the promised contact.
Two months have now passed and I have neither received a refund nor a replacement. I would advise all consumers to avaoit AMI Ventures like the pllague.

They reply with a half automated email, blaming the postal service for losing the item and that it isn't trackable? Obviously with a bogus tracking number (RR.....) and carrier (OTHER-ST). We now have an upset soon-to-be 9 year old who is old enough to understand these things happen, but he wants tracking proof that the item is lost, to which the company continues to avoid answering, which carrier was used. They gave us a full refund but nothing can wash away this terrible experience!

Ordered a booster box of primal clash Pokémon cards through Walmart marketplace (AMI Ventures INC) and received a destroyed package consisting of a package addressed to another person inside the package that was addressed to myself. Just by the size of the packages I know what I ordered is not inside, and I can’t even open it to see what it is because it’s not addressed to me...

The toy does not even work if you call there is only an answering machine and they do not call back and are extremely slow responding to emails. The item looks like something you would buy at the dollar store or run as a carnival prize.

If you call Walmart they say there is nothing they can do. What I received is in a cellapane badge in a cheap brown box. The belt does not stay clipped and the balks will not stay closed. The figures look like they came out of a gum all machine. The entire item looks like something you would win in a carnival game. It is not the item pictured, I finally found one at another store and it is in no way shape or form like the one the sent me. Total false advertising and shame on Walmart for allowing them to deceive customers on their web site.
