Amgt technology co limited advertises a product but what you receive is something else; a similar but extremely inferior product. When you try to resolve the issue they say, "we found that you actually bought a relatively low-priced version, while the multifunctional version sold for a higher price." i bought what was pictured but according to them what was pictured was a different price. Then why was it pictured with the price i paid. And they have no website you can go to for proof of what you ordered & the price that was advertised. Bait & switch!
The package shipped from the us but i can tell from my correspondences with them they are in another country.
The "resolutions" they offered are to keep the ones they sent, pay more for the ones i ordered & they'd send them or get a refund minus 30%. That's not a resolution. I want what i ordered for the advertised price
