On ior about 13 July 2016 I contacted AMG for the purchase of gold Bullion. I agreed to contract for 10 one ounce Americal Eagle Gold Coins for a total price of $13,838.90. I was passed to an agent identified as 007 BULLION. After a few days without any response I contacted 007 by phone and was told the order was being processed.
After that I received messages such as the order is being processed, the order is being packaged, the orfer has been sent. On 14 July I received a receipted mail package from AMG containing 5 each 1/2 ounce gold eagles. When I contacted 007 asking where the other 71/2 ounces of gold the agent said they said he would check on it but it would be at least 48 hours before they could get back to me. They also said he wasn't sure who AMG was but it might be their boss. When I asked what AMG stood for he said he didn't know.
Several days later, after no response, I left a message informing them that if I did not get a response by the following day I was going to file a complaint with the PA Attorney General's fraud unit. The following day (Aug 8) I received information that an updated order had been shipped. The order arrived on Aug 16 with ONE 1/2 ounce gold eagle, leaving me short 7 ounces of my 10 ounce order. I am contacting my Attorney General
