It begins when I was looking for financing to invest in real estate. They were called business lines of credit, which simply put they were loads of credit cards he would apply for with your personal and business information. He would then take said cards and pull money off them after you already paid him a fee for intially getting the so called "financing".
He then asked me to put thousands of dollars in this lucrative deal that didnt exist, in which I did stupidly having too much trust in how he spoke. The deal was supposed to go only 30 days and it went on for months and still nothing. I reveresed the charge because it was bs and we both knew it.
While this was going on I had a house I was trying to flip quickly. He said he had properties, he done plenty of flips and knew what he was doing. we had a contract, an agreemnet to do roughly 20k worth of work which would take roughly a month. Months went by and barley anything done, he ask for more money. Once I gave him more money, he took off with the money, left me with nothing but this huge amount of debt and no finished product.
I then tried to take him to court with my attorney and he sent out his Private Investagator and still couldnt find him. He turned to a ghost, no calls, no texts, no emails. All in all around 35k vanshied because of this man and his shady business practices. He forever changed my life and not for the better but for the worse!

He takes clients money upfront to perform services and order appraisals for clients. Takes their money and disappears!
The appraisals are never ordered and he stalls and tells clients that it has been delayed.
He does not return calls or emails. He is a lier and a thief!
Do not do business with this fake company pretending to care and to do honest business!! The law will get him one day soon.
