Americare Health Administration:

I just got off the telephone with your Supervisor who said her name was Jessica, I was trying to take care of a problem but found her very argumentive & rude. I asked for her boss and was told that there was no one above her (I have the recorded call).

I called about your product HGH spray (3 month supply), in which I was dissatisfied. According to Jessica, you do not stand behind your products with 100% satisfaction guarantee, one hundred percent.

Is this just a bad employee or have I been ripped off?

P.S. I will be expecting and waiting for your response. Update: February 24, 2017 still no response!

My 94 year old mother was contacted by a salesperson from Americare Health. Mother is hard of hearing and doesn't talk on the phone if she doesn't have to. I happened to be away at the time and she says the salesperson was quite pushy and wouldn't get off the phone unless she signed up for the HGH product.

She paid with her credit card over the phone. The cost was $499 for one year's supply. The salesperson told her how much better she would feel when she took the product. He gave her a phone number, but she wasn't able to find it when I questioned her about the purchase.

She often orders homepathic supplements so I didn't say much. She received the product - it is a spray that she is supposed to use the 1st thing every morning. This didn't work for her since she is on thyroid medication which she takes first thing every morning.

After trying it once or twice, she decided she didn't want to keep the suppliment.

She did receive a follow-up call from the salesperson about 30 days or so after she received the product. He called after 9 PM and she was in bed. I told him she wanted to return the product and that he shouldn't be calling that late at night. He asked if she had been using it, etc.

He said he would call back at another time. He waited at least another month before calling. Mother answered the phone and told him she didn't want to keep the HGH supplement. He then told her she couldn't return the product and that he had been selling the product for over 20 years and has helped a lot of people (in other words he has ripped off a lot of people).

I got on the phone with him and he once again wouldn't take "no" for an answer, so we felt "stuck." I ended up hanging up on him, I was so irritated with him.

Mom has ordered a lot of homepathic medications in the mail and has never had any trouble returning any medication that she didn't feel helped her.

I called twice to get a return authorization from the company and of course I was told that they only take product back if it had been agreed on at the time of the sale and that they record all conversations.

People my mother's age are used to being able to believe everything they hear. They don't realize how easy it is to be taken advantage of and this company is one of the worst she has come across in her 94 years.
