So I ordered 2 tires and 3 tubes. Nothing crazy. I placed my order on the 14th of the month. I was supposed to get a tracking number which I never received. I waited 3 days and decided to call them and find out what happened. The guy did not know what happened and he said he would get me a tracking number. Another three days later I receive an email saying he will send me a tracking number. DId not receive any tracking number from him until I called him on the 24th. I asked him why the delay and he could not give me a clear cut answer. I finally received a USPS tracking number and when I enter the tracking number the package has not yet shipped. This leads me to believe that the part was never in stock OR they simply lost my order and simply forgot which is unacceptable for a NEW customer. Not sure if I will ever purchase from them again. The sad part is the guy did not next day ship it or apologize for the inconvenience.
Placed an order with ACE BMX two weeks ago for the amount of $430. Never received order confirmation, invoice, or proof of purchase. Called several times without an answer and emailed several times without a response. Requested to cancel the order in its entirety multiple times. Ended up being billed $210 from the affiliated company, American Cycle, without an itemized invoice and once again, no response or explanation from the retailer. I've protested charges with my bank and was required to order a new credit card so they don't continue to bill me. Never received the items ordered. Horrible company to deal with if it is even a real company.
