On 5-10-17. I entered into a written contract to purchase a 2010 Peterbuilt from this company. The written agreement was to pay for the truck in full on 5-12-17. At 9:15 am 5-12-17 I sent a wire tranfer to their bank paying for the truck in full. At 9:47 am I received a text message stating that someone was there in person right then to pay for the truck. I sent proof where I had a written contract for the truck and had already paid for it in full.. The saleman said they would have a manager call me. To date, I have not spoken to any manager. Any time I call They come up with excuses why I cant speak to a manager and hang up on me. They have not reversed the wire transfer or expressed they would pay me back.. Not having the truck or the money to purchase another truck is costing me approx $1,000.00 per day in revenue. The last time I called and asked for a refund they told me to get my lawyer to call them... This is fraud.. This company is a scam...
September 23,2016 I purchased a truck from American show room in newnan GA. I didn't not received the truck until September 29, 2016 do to the truck being broke down. On September 29th I purchased the trunk again a week later the truck broke down. We took the truck back to get it fix and they claim they fix the problem on the truck . So I pick the truck up 4 days later the same problem happen again and this time it was a dot regulation on the truck and that the truck had to be towed from my home. The truck stayed at American truck service for 2 in a half weeks . And I pick up the truck once again in October and the truck was down a week in a half & Same situation same problem . I ask the company to swap me out with a another truck and they told me no. October 30th the truck broke down again and it had to be towed . I don't get a return phone call about this truck and the truck is in there possession at this time as of November 7 . They. Ate refusing to give me another truck and they are refusing to give me my money back. At this time I have a contract with a company who I just lost due to the truck being down the money I have lost and the bills I accumulated and for 1 month I have lost $24,660. For the month was $24,660 and for the year was $295,920. Any attorney that takes this case I will like for you to be on fox news to exposed this company .
Ok first off we are from Louisiana. We drove to Gulfport Mississippi with the intention of buying a eighteen wheelers. We arrived 8:00am as we where told. The person that was supposed to met us did not arrive until 8:30am. She did not meet with us . She did not get to us until about 9:30 am. Then we looked at a truck that my husband was interested in. Keep in mind she could not give us any price over the phone . we had to drive from Louisiana to Mississippi. We did have a trad in. Now the trad in stayed in Louisiana. After we decided on a price for the truck then and only then where they to pick up our truck. So we start the paper work still no price was told to us. We get to the last page and the price was there it was to be $700.00 a week. We said no way. Now they tell us they have already picked up our truck. We asked that they return it. They said they would leave it where it was.
Witch was only about 20 miles form our home where they got the truck. So I said u took it you bring it back. They did refund our deposit. We left to return to Louisiana. My nabighor call me and tell us our truck is in the middle of the road. Yes they did return our truck but they wrecked it in to our trailer and left it in the middle of the road. We call them they say it's not there responsibility. And I do have camra on my home so we have the whole thing recorded. Overall I give them a F- rating please stay away
