I placed an order in April of 2019. For 2 items. One for $14 and one for $9.99. I noticed a charger for $39.95 a month ago, don't ask why i did not notice before, just did not notice it with other chargers it was mixed in with on my bill.
Last month (1-2-2020) was the first time and i thought what is this ,i did not order any thing from them. I contacted the credit card company and they said they would cancel the card and contact the company about a refund.
American tactical said they would stop the "SERVICE" What service? I didn"t order any service! They took me for $319.60!

I got the email stating the order is received, which I accepted without reading it since I know what I ordered and know they got the order, then an email that 3-gun bags and 1-gun magnet were shipped. I later received the shipment and all I got was 3-gun bags with no gun magnet and a packing slip that states the shipped order included everything including the gun magnet.
I called customer service who asked me for my zip code and name, which identifies you with every company I've dealt with then they asked me for my address, so I said I'll give you the order No. so we don't have to go through all this, and I gave it to them.
The person I was speaking to had to ask a supervisor if they could accept an order number as identification for an order inquiry and they can’t, so I gave them all the address repeating the zip. So after being put through that ringer, I said I didn't get the magnet but all their paperwork says the order shipped complete.
I was told that magnet was popular, and they ran out of them but would ship one out to me when more came in. I asked how they would know they need to send one to me since all your paperwork states my order is fully filled, she said it would come and hung up.
Not buying all of this I sent an email complaint and the reply was more putting me through unnecessary paces with a promise to reply within 72 hours, I sent that email Friday the 25th with no response 10/28. I've tried to call them again and the phone answers but you never get to talk to anyone.
While waiting for nobody to answer, I found fine print on the shipping email that, shocking to me, I ordered a $59.95 per week subscription of some sort, which no doubt was carefully hidden on some web page that passed me requiring very little attention.

As of today, they no longer answer phone calls. I called my credit card company and warned them but there's not much they can do but attempt to block the outrageous weekly charge for the subscription people are tricked into.

My credit union has cancelled the card and reissued a new one and have opened a fraud investigation to claw back our money. Avoid this outfit like the plague. They specialize in scamming NRA members with their slick website and persistence in offering "free" stuff for the cost of shipping and handling.

Made an order from an email that they sent. It was a red dot sight for 14.95. When I checked my card, they charged the 14.95 and a 19.00 charge for something else.
I called and got the 19.00 charge resolved. Waited 4 weeks for the original order. Nothing. Sent an email to ask what was happening with it. They responded that they were issuing a refund and not sending order. Fine! it was probably junk anyway
I ordered 2 range bags from them. When I received them, they were of poor quality. Oh well, you get what you pay for but at least I got it. I then ordered a Karambit knife from them, I never received it. When I contacted customer service, they asked me for an order number, which I was never given. After showing them the confirmation email, they sent back an email saying the item was delivered, but I never received it. They will do nothing to remedy the situation. This company is a sham and a rip off.

Ended up with unauthorized charge from a Agoda travel agencyof 675.00 caught by the credit card co and notified .
Tried to contact them on their website that promised contact within 72 hrs ,still waiting .
Called the # and talked to Tim about my card compromised and got laughter and a hang up avoid this scam central or pay for their scams
