This place is a complete scam! At the beginning of November, I placed an order for a Cowboys Varsity Style jacket with name engraving. I emailed the company, which I felt uneasy about once I realized the email address was an @gmail.com address, asking how long it would take for the item to ship. I received an email stating that an email would be generated with the tracking number once the item shipped. As of this week, I have sent 3 emails and received no response. There is no phone number to call and no address. The transaction on my debit card history shows an entirely different name from the company itself. I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Do not order anything from these folks!

Also we use a third party fulfillment center to print and ship all of our merchandise so if you have been emailing us and we have not gotten back to you, it does not mean that we are ignoring you…we are simply trying to find out from the fulfillment center about your order so that we can answer you accordingly. We have set up out automated email to advise you that we are experiencing delays and working to answer your emails, also we have sent out emails advising of delays so please check your inbox for these. We did not guarantee these to be printed and shipped for Christmas delivery, as we have clearly stated on our shipping policy on our website. Yes, we understand under normal circumstances when we don’t have 1000,s of orders that these can easily be printed and shipped within the 5 to 7 day period but we have specifically outlined and emailed the delays we are experiencing.
A lot of customers are emailing, posting negative reviews and comments on Facebook and other sites for not receiving their order, yet they have not checked their emails, or give the allotted time for us to process and ship their orders. Finally received my order! It took 8 weeks. Love the hoodie! Came exactly as ordered. However, I will NEVER order from them again. They never personally responded to my numerous emails. Just got automated response emails. I honestly never thought I'd receive my order.

My wife ordered an Eagles Jacket for me this Christmas on 12/07/19 and we just received it today. I actually work at a Law office in FL. So I am getting together now with an attorney to see what can be done. Because there are so many of us that were scammed this could turn into a class action lawsuit. I ordered on dec. 7th, and then got an email that my tracking number would be sent to me once they processed my order. About 10 days later i received an email from them stating they have a production delay and that i would receive my product later than expected. I've emailed them 7 times and i get the same generated message about production delay. I will be contacting the federal trade commission and whoever else i have to, to get my money back
Ordred 2 sweat shirts from them for 91.80 on 12-21-18. no response wrote them to find out about tracking number they give this response. received this 2 days later

Ordered a hoodie on 12/11 As of today january 9, 2019, i haven't received a tracking number nor my product. I was receiving automatic responses, but tonight I sent email advising I would be having an investigation started if I did not receive any information regarding my order.

December 2nd and 5th I put orders for sport hoodies with the punisher on them and a tshirt done as the same, and yet have not received them. I emailed them and I get a response to please understand that these are custom made orders and that they are working hard on getting them shipped and will contact me as soon as they are shipped with tracking number. Now I have a tracking number but no idea if that is even legit. Says its shipped but we'll see. If not a dispute will be done. Glad I used PayPal.

I ordered a Pittsburgh Steelers jacket with the name engraved on the back . I got it but the Steelers logo and name was upside down .I can't get any response from them for a refund ! I'ts a rippoff!!!!

With that said, please note that these items are not stored in a facility somewhere waiting to be shipped, as noted on our website these are all printed on demand at the time of purchase.
There is a specific process that goes into this from getting all the orders to the printing facility, setting up each print file for print which in not only printed on the back or front, these are also printed on the sleeves with personalization of names, for the 3d print items, these are all cut and stitched at the time of order which takes additional time to line up every part of the hoodies, tees, etc……..there is a lot of work that is involved in this and most people don’t understand this.
There is no machine making these items, it takes a lot of technical man power to line everything up to be printed correctly. Also we use a third party fulfillment center to print and ship all of our merchandise so if you have been emailing us and we have not gotten back to you, it does not mean that we are ignoring you…we are simply trying to find out from the fulfillment center about your order so that we can answer you accordingly. We have set up out automated email to advise you that we are experiencing delays and working to answer your emails, also we have sent out emails advising of delays so please check your inbox for these. We did not guarantee these to be printed and shipped for Christmas delivery, as we have clearly stated on our shipping policy on our website. Yes, we understand under normal circumstances when we don’t have 1000,s of orders that these can easily be printed and shipped within the 5 to 7 day period but we have specifically outlined and emailed the delays we are experiencing.
A lot of customers are emailing, posting negative reviews and comments on Facebook and other sites for not receiving their order, yet they have not checked their emails, or give the allotted time for us to process and ship their orders. We are not here to scam anyone of anything, please just allow us the time to process and ship your order, if there is a problem allow us the opportunity to investigate and fix it but please do not think that we are scammers. We are not a giant company like Amazon that can deliver in 1 day, we are a small company just doing the best we can under the circumstances.
With that said, we hope that you can understand and be patient until we can get your order to you. We will update your tracking number which will be sent to you as soon as we received them from our fulfillment center.
