I was a member for couple of years until i had few issues with clients, in the industry there is no perfect and there is no 100% satisfaction, i know it diamond certified and most of consumer should know it as well. When i got the complains i explain that there is a lady that just have time and she really want to take the diamond certified certification and she mention it many times, i told that toJoy Lorenzo she really don't care about the members that pay a lot of money to be part of diamond certified. i think that it's good idea to have something like diamond certified but there is 2 sides to the story, they can't just send 2 lines after all this hard work we invest on getting this certification.

I called to talk to her she never answer or called me back, i called to the main number and ask to talk with David Pak, he is nice guy but care less about me or my company then Joy Lorenzo when i try to explain the issue and why they should really check the story he told me maybe is better if you talk with Joy Lorenzo. At this point i didn't want to talk to him or Joy Lorenzo. We manage amazing business with quality of work and quality of service, i cna't make 100% of my clients happy but out of 106 clients last year we have 2 maybe 3 that file complain and did it at same time so now i can't be part of the Diamond Certified program. I am part of NARI and NKBA, i always talk positive about the Diamond Certified certification but now, i don't know anymore. They don't really check the complains and when you try to explain they don't really listen. I have proof that the people that complain are doing this to hurt the business they both have amazing final results and they want to hurt a business and who help them? Diamond Certified helped them doing this, i am sure that after they will hear about it they will be so happy.
To be honest Diamond Certified didn't help me get client's nor help me get better clients, it's only gave me hard time with the complains that have to explain myself to someone that don't care about me or my company. When i didn't had complain they just collected the money from me.
I will have to pass on the Diamond Certified certification to be honest i am sad about it i won't lie this it the true but only because i work hard for it. We work hard to make our client happy regardless if we Diamond Certified or not. we will have to work harder now to make sure our client even more happy.
The short version of my review in few lines, we got Diamond Certified certification after we paid money for it yearly. they did the work and made sure we are qualify when we had some hard time they just choose to ignore us and kick us from the program.
We are proud of our company and we all about service and excellence but Diamond Certified don't care about the their clients like we do care, they abandon their clients behind with bidder taste.
I hope that someone who read it will call me and explain the facts, because when i called i got no answer or explanation about why? they did it?
