We had a contract for a move from 2/12-2/13. They were very attentive for the first few days and then went dark the week before the move. Then after I emailed them for a specific driver and date, they responded with a fake p/u time that never happened. Leaving me in the lurch at a very stressful time. I will probably have to pay triple to get my items moved quickly now. They cashed my deposit check immediately on 2/2/22.
I have emailed an "officer" of the LLC, GABRIELLA KLYOTSKIN. After checking on their LLC, I found it has been inactive since September 2021, yet they are still doing business??? They are thieves. They hit up people at their most vulnerable and stressful times and hold their belongings hostage. How can they still operate without a license?
I am also contacting local Florida agencies for resolution of this issue. DO NOT CONSIDER THEM FOR YOUR BUSINESS!
I gave them a deposit of $1500 December 3rd 2021 to move my belongings from La Crosse WI to Filer ID picked up belongings Dec.8th 2022 with another payment of 558.75 cash . Balance on delivery 558.75 .After things were loaded in the truck driver trys to tell me I had over my amount. I was told I was well under small load.
Original # of Box's 27 and other items. I only had in the end 20 boxs and 5 less items..When the driveer arrived at my home his paper work only showed my deposit at 750.00 instead of 1,500 so we had to wait 1 hr for someone to call him back . Was a night mare and all day for very few things. Now 2 months later I still do not have my things or delivery date I have called e-mailed they had excuses of weather which I understood but the last excuse no trucks going to Id .
That was Jan 31st, Feb 3rd emailed again and have had no reply. I am disabled and been living out of 1 suit case for 2 months now that I flew here with. They have all my belongings ,My files I have not been able to register my car, My Birth Cert. I had to borrow the money to move the home I lived in was sold right away with a 30 day close and couldn't find a place to live so I had to move now paying back what I borrowed and still have nothing. I live on a fixed income because of my disabilities .
Please I really need help getting my belongings back. What can I do ?
