American Online Bankruptcy Center Reviews
There is no "Premium" service. There is no service. There is no "Support". There is no one in an office. There are only non-sencical replies to support emails that are obviously propigated by key words in question.
I was alone from day one- just hoping it would all work out. I reveiwed my entries multiple times. . . still I failed and now have to seek legal assistance. My case should have been a slam-dunk. We have a home, a few old cars, I am out of work with an income under $400 a month.
There is no phone number. No email. No sign of life. No refunds.
I was looking to file Chapter 7 bankrupty pro se because obviously I am short on money and could not afford to hire a lawyer. I did some research on possible document preparers on the internet and came across the service, which I now regret. I read the glowing reviews and was impressed by both the services offered and the website itself. One long questionnaire and $179 later, I was very unsatisfied! My petition did not have a caption, my first and middle names were typed together as one name, numbers were blending in with dollar sign symbols, some of the info I completed on the questionnaire was missing, etc. I ended up getting a lawyer to draft my petition.
The lawyer was also utterly disgusted when he saw the petition and said the service did not deserve one dime for I would have been laughed out of the courthouse if I had tried to file it. I have demanded a full refund and the reply in so many words was that refunds are given only when a discharge is not given. It was also implied that I had simply changed my mind about filing the petition which is not true. Why would I complete a questionnaire to pay almost $200 only to end up paying an attorney to do the same thing?! I will get my money back if I have to take them to small claims court or report them to FTC!
I recently used American Online Bankruptcy Services after searching on the internet for any rip off or scam reports and did not find any only good reviews. I now believe that they were written by them. I as well believe they are the new invented USA Bankruptcy Associates. After reading the scams on them the website seems to be identical in description. I followed all the instructions to fill out my paperwork and when I finally issued the so called work order about 8 hours later my download appeared. When I downloaded it to print I saw many errors right away.
So since there is no other way to contact them other than the website I sent a message to them They claim to answer withing 24 hours. It has now been 48 and still no answer. Their forms are not useable at all. I trashed them and printed my own and filled them out. I paid them 187.00 and got nothing in return for it. I have sent 3 messages so far and no answer to any of them. The last message I tried to send them I got a message stating that I couldn't send another message until my first one was answered. Please is anyone else has this problem let me know. I am looking into if I have any recourse in this matter.
American Online Bankruptcy . Don't hire them
Don't use American Online Bankruptcy. After they get there money they don't help anymore. At the very beginning I saw they made a mistake. I wrote them on the messages and they replied with a message that nothing to do with my bankruptcy. Now I'm stuck with a company that turns off there computer. Don't even try it.
This place is a take your money and not care.
I started American Online Bankruptcy on 11/2/15. I asked them a question the next day and I got a message that I make 2800 which was truly wrong. So I told them to look it up again because they must have been looking at someone else's file. I have written at least 15 times since then and I still get the same recording over and over. Now I see above here that American Online Bankruptcy is in Australia and the phone number is closed or never was there. How can I get my money back and close this account? Now I hear if you don't finish quick enough they add another fee. I don't know how to get away from this place that doesn't exist. You can't call them , write them , or email them. I'm stuck. Is there any help out there to shut down this place?

After that first time that they gave me the wrong information they must have turned off my case. All the messages I write them are un looked at. The only message I get back is the same wrong message they had given me before. Does any body know how to get off of this place? I can't get a hold of anybody there. No email address-no Phone number-No address.
The website had several fake consumer reports, that just happened to be from places that I had lived, like Butte, MT and Houston, TX. Once I had put in my credit card information I was then locked out and unable to get in again.

I am not sure about this site yet.. reason being - I did pay for the ultimate package which was $159. I was able to print my documents and I just need to get them filed. I don't have much more information than that. I just hope that once I do file there will be no issues. If there are or if the court looks at the documents like I am crazy it will be an issue. I just hope all goes as planned. So far I mean the fact that there is no number for customer service is weird.but when I did email them they responded within the hour. I will post an update once I file.
Took my money and I started filling out my information. Now, though, their website has disappeared. I never got to finish my paperwork or file.
