Family owned bussiness. This company is also the same as Maldonado Medical. They file a patent that they stole from Thermotek and billed us the post-op patients over a $40k excess of fees. In November of 2015 the District Court in Texas found them in violation of fraud and patent infringement. It is the same management as ANMM. They underpaid, disrespected, undermined, and unmotivatE their employees with a high turn over rate. The father, Greg Sr., was convicted of fraud and incarcerated in 1994 so when they started this business they changed they last name to Maldonado, a name they pulled off from distant family members in Mexico. Greg Sr.'s mindset is to create a hostile work environment and creating conflict because he beleives it is the best way to learn. He will walk up the halls, using vulgar language and threatening the jobs of his employees preaching that only paranoid people survive. In 2014 the LA Times wrote an article informing the public what rip-off artist they are bu gouging the sick so they changed the company name to Atlantis Medical Tech. Changing names is something common for them whenever they get caught. Hopefully the Feds will eventually catch up to them and put them away.
