Ordered snow plow for $580.00. Paid immediately. Was told it would be one week to ship.
The product has not shipped and each time I call to inquire why, the guy acts all confused and asks me what I ordered. He refuses to give me an answer and says he will call back. I remind him that he told me he would call back before and he says, "I promise I will find out and call you back..." He does not call back.
I told him yesterday that I give up and he needs to just refund my money so that I may buy from someone whom actually wants to sell the product. I checked with my credit card company this morning and he has not refunded my money.
