Sent about 25 emails to the sales support peolpe , dealt with a Warren salazar ( apparently). Mad erequest to cancel my orders but they did not in the end. ripped me off in the tune of $200US. have done further research and have found lots of people in the same boat and theyhave not recieved or did recieve the item but was not as describedhence real leather and its just fake leatheron or synthetic rubbish. total scammers so dont deal with them.

This has not been a good experience. It took way too long to get my order and customer support is non-existent. I've written three times and have received not a whisper of a response. They do though continue to send me ads.
Update. Finally got enough of a response to get the product sent back. I was assured my return of the purchase price would be personally handled and promptly returned. That didn't happen. A week after they received the returned product I contacted them and received the usual sorry, sorry, sorry. They then processed my refund. Seems they tried really hard to do everything wrong.
Business is in China. There is nothing American about American Legend Rider. I do my best to buy from companies in the United States. I paid the extra for expedited shipping thinking it was coming from the U.S. It was not. Currently 11 days in and my order is sitting in a shipping center in China. There was no purpose in paying the extra shipping fee as it will take the exact same amount of time. I was duped to think this was an American Company and that when you pay for expedited you get your products faster.

I bought a pair of boots using the table they provide for the sizes, they looked like baby boots and when I check..NO RETURN LABEL BUT GUES WHATS WORSE?? sure they may or may not refund the money but you have to send them first and they’re so freaking far that the cheapest S&H costs $98!! YES NINETY EIGHT DOLLARS!! THATS WHY THEY ADVERTISE THAT MONEY BACK GUARANTEED.. BECAUSE THEY KNOW NOBODY WILL PAY $100 to return $149 pair of boots!!!
3) Their customer service is horrible, if you call the phone number in the FB page IS NOT IN SERVICE!! and when they email you back they are as useless as a ghost!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!
On the first corset I purchased, it was my mistake ordering the wrong size. This item I donated to a local women’s re-sale shop that supports women fleeing from domestic violence.
I then re-ordered a smaller size and American Legend Rider choose to send me a size of their choice – NOT the size I ordered. It is my thought that since this was their mistake they should fix it by sending me what I ordered (and paid for).
They will not do that and their solution is to have me order my item yet again. I have chosen NOT reorder from them as I have no guarantee that they will send me the size I ordered. I will NOT be stuck with a third corset that doesn’t fit.
Buyer be aware they you may not receive the item in the size you ordered! It's their choice!
I made an online order for a sweatshirt on 29 OCT. The tracking information that they sent said that it was processed through their Chicago, IL facility 2 November and as of 11 November, it still has not arrived in Indiana. I made a customer service inquiry, and they just resent the shipping information that said it was processed 2 November. This appears to be a scam company and I will never do business here again. AVOID!
Update from my previous report. The item i ordered arrived today. I ordered a "leather leg bag". I dont know what kind of leather they have in china but this is garbage. Thin and will probably rip in a week. $75 waste of money on a product not worth $10. Not worth my time or effort to even try to get a refund and send it back. Ill give it as a gift at a little girls birthday party. People please don't make the same mistake i did along with several other suckers! this company needs to be put out of business!!!!
Company does not disclose the true of where their products are manufactured or shipped from on any of their websites. When I questioned where they are located, they became nasty and blocked me from messaging them. They call themselves "American Legend Rider" but they are located in China. Very sneaky and deceitful. Buyers beware
I purchased 2 shirts from them on August 9th. My card was charged, I received a receipt but was told my tracking information would be sent in 2-3 business days. 3 months later I have yet to receive my shirts. I haven't even gotten any tracking information! I have reached out to customer service at least 10-15 times one reply told to be patient because all items come from over seas and it takes a while. 3 weeks ago I asked for a refund and haven't had any response to that yet‚ I have reached out to them via email ( which goes ignored), I have reached out via Facebook and Facebook messenger and I have been blocked from both. I think this company is in the business of stealing money from people. It's really sad!!!
