Do not work with Malik Zaman!! He has a blatant disregard to work ethic and honor. He will scam you out of your money and provide you with untrustworthy information! He is not the "businessman" he claims to be on the internet. If you never want to see your money again, work with this chauvinistic pig.
Malik gave me a listing for a house for sale with a price that was $250,000 higher than the actual asking price. He made his mistake by providing a link to the real listing that was from a different competitor realtor's website! Talk about a con artist!!
When confronted about the scam, Malik became extremely rude and disrespectful! Yelling at me with derogatory, sexist comments and eventually hung up on me while I speaking. I am a woman and do not believe any business man who is expecting to get my business should treat me as if I am a scum since I am not purchasing a million dollar mansion from him!
Also, Malik is the epitome of a male chauvinist. He was constantly referring to himself with a title of "millionaire" and made multiple derogatory comments referencing why I was not a millionaire and he was. He will do nothing but make you feel like scum while continuing to put himself on a pedestal.
In complete sincerity, do not work with this joke! He has absolutely no respect for his work, women, or how to do business! I do not want to see anyone be scammed by this con artist or be treated with the disrespect that I received.

It was 14th December 2009 Malik zaman advertised in Daily Express on full page taht apply for us and canada Immigration.so apply for canada immmigrtion and set his fee through Western Union in instalment. When he collect all fee than he send me an email taht your case is refused and I will appeal for you. but there is no proof of appeal. From the begining till the end he did not fulfilled his promises.
