They sell appliance and they force you to buy their gross warranty due that the know that what your are buying does not work properly or it is damage, and once you get it you are screw , and they just say that they recommended to get the warranty, I falled knowing that everything that shine isn't gold but in the the store i request to turn on the appliance and they said that they do no have power cords in that area and I purchase due that price was crazy and once they delivered the equipment never turn on.
I contact them withing 10 min of delivery and they just told me that they have nothing to do with and all sales are finals, history short they hug me up, I just writing to prevent others to make the same mistake that I did, I hope that legally someone can do something against this smarts company that is just trying to screw working people for their benefits, ther is a guy up there that he look everything down here.
Also sales guys it is sad in this company just for a few pennies screw everyone and just offer lies , without realizing that they are hearting themself due to reputation and fame. but no one is perfect is not their fault that is the reason their are there. just in resume do not consider this company they will screw you as well.
I purchased a stove from American Freight along with a maintainance agreement Memorial weekend. On June 9th it stopped working and I called the warranty co. They came and said they ordered a terminal. I called again on the 14th.
On the 27th a fut came back, empty handed said something about a fuse and did nothing. I have called 10 times and got empty promises. I have been without a stove for 2 MONTHS.
