Well for some crazy reason I was first approved & then later denied a loan to refinance. Even though I have had the same job for 20 years (same as when I first financed the house) & my credit score is much higher, my debt is much lower & I have a 2nd job that more than doubled my income.... Put that all aside
I had to keep calling them to find out my status & they advertise 10 min. to approve & 10 days to close. I started the process in late June or early July 2016. When I wouldn't hear from anyone, I would email & get no reply, I'd call & sometimes get voicemail or get through but was told you still need copy of this & that. I would immediately scan my documents & email them with the info. I finally get through to someone who claims they aren't able to read them (PDF file) & that I need to mail a hard copy. I let them know that it is several pages & that I will need them back when done, she agrees & sends me out a prepaid envelope. The envelope arrives & I send them all my tax info, & then again I hear nothing. I finally get through & complain to what I hear is a manager & I'm told I should be getting documents in the mail soon. I did it was a decline letter (probably from my complaining) & I have numerous calls & emails & they will not return my tax info for me to get a loan elsewhere. I can get copies of some of the paperwork from my tax guy but they also have all my other forms 1040, 1099 etc...
This is ridiculous I just want my property back as they told me they would...!
