I believe Ray Azcui is a fictitious figure and Laura orchestrates the whole scam, even the fictitious testimonials on this site. She thinks she is good, but the whole deal stank from the start. We disputed PayPal from the start because we wanted to talk to Ray before we preceded, that never happened and my partner realeaded the $500 and game over, she got what she wanted. From then she would never answer, had conference calls, out of the office without her phone. A few texts and then nothing.

American Credit Debt Solutions, INC is nothing but a scam short and sweet.. This company charges you upfront fees and then does not provide the service, nor refund your money. Laura Fallick and Ray Azcui are nothing but cons, they prey on the poeple that cannot go to a bank and get a loan. They think they are above everyone and it will not catch up to them. ll I can say is they are garbage, do not do ANY kind of business with them, no matter how convincing they may sound. They do loans, CPNs, Credit Repair, etc...... But all they really do is take your money.....
I signed up for a credit service with american credit debt solutions inc after i saw their ad on craigslist. I paid them total of $2500. After 2 months of horrific experience with the people running that scam business i discovered that they have been scamming people for years and they have criminal records and bankruptcies records. They keep lying and they never deliver any service. When i asked them for a refund they promised to send it then after 5 weeks i received nothing. Laura fallick Aka laura godbold) and raymon l azcui keep giving excuses like they have really bad cold and they are in the hospital and their computer crashed and other bold lie excuses and never deliver the service or send back the refund Even though they give you 100% money back guarantee letter signed by allegedly ceo ray azcui). I had multiple unauthorized transaction with my bank of america and paypal. I believe i am a victim of identity theft.
When i did a full research about them i found out that they have been doing that and scamming people for years. It seems every 2-3 years they come up with a new business name and open a new business bank account and then scam people out of their money and when they reach the apex point they file for bankruptcy. Old businesses i found those scammers have used to scam and steal money from people are:

This company is spamming ads all over Craigslist. What you do not know is that they charge you upfront fees for loans and such and then NEVER come through.. Loans are supposed to close in 2-3 weeks and here we are 2 months later and nothing. All they do is give you excuse after excuse after excuse. You ask for a refund and it's an excuse and that you will be funded on Friday. Then next Friday, Then next Friday.
You've been warned.
FYI. I did a quick search and found that Laura was arrested for Check Fraud and Credit Card Fraud.
Do not do business with this company as they take your money and do not ever issue refunds..
They go by American Credit Debt Solutions and the address is 350 Fifth Ave, 59th floor. Which is a virtual office. I called and was able to find out it's a Regus Virtual office.
The main person is Laura whom is posting all over Craigslist.

I am a very new real estate investor and was so excited about getting an investment property that I fell for this scam. The posting on craigslist promises private funding for real estate in the form of a business loan. I paid a $500 "Commitment Fee", sent this guy 3 months of my business bank statements and even had the seller of the property have his lawyer draw up a contract. THEN....i get a text from the seller telling me that his lawyer told him to warn me about postings regarding this funding source and to be careful. So, then I found the postings and even gave this guy the benefit of the doubt even though my gut was telling me this was a scam....then TODAY i text this person (Ray Azcui) to ask for the promissory note that was promissed weeks ago and he told that he had a heart attack and was in the hospital - THE EXACT SAME THING OTHER PEOPLE POSTED.
JUST SO YOU KNOW - Avoid any ads promising funding with an upfront fee. This is my fault but I can only help other people.
