I entered into a contract to sell the contents of my decor retail store. I was told because of the amount of items I would be able to have my '0WN' auction. My contents were picked up in 2- 16' box vans completely filled. There were 3,740 items inventoried. In additon, there was all the things that go with a business, appliances, tools, tables, store equipment, security equipment, fans, heaters. There were antiques, wall decor, furniture, coin collections, jewelry, etc. i was never given a receipt, of ANY kind. "Each piece is processed as it comes in" My consigner number was NOT ON ANY PAPERWORK I RECEIVED!

The day of the auction, the furniture was up for sale with contents packed inside!! Armoires and chests and cabinets had not been cleared of inventory stored in the move. Armoires, Antique Bistro sets, Leaded Tiffany Lamps, Rustic French Cabinets and Studded Cowhide Leather Sofa and Chair Sets sold for $10 to $25.

I told Joshua I was bidding 'up to $110' on a rusted bench, (as a project.) Voila! I was the winning bidder!. Then after waiting for an hour to 'check out', they couldn't 'find' the paperwork. It was SO obvious that it was rigged! I expressed my concerns to Carolyne. (She offered me a job)

I told them I would be picking up the balance of my property. JackyI called me 20 times over a weekend from San Diego stating they would not be charging me a fee, BUT I had to sign a release. It was obvious to me that they wanted to get me away from the property. When I came to pick up my inventory she withheld the check. I would not sign release. After her veiled threats and intimidation Jacky agreed to return the balance of my property. It would be set outside in the parking area. She said I had to come at 4pm. They close at 5.

MORE THAN 300+ items were missing after I inventoried the balance of the goods. They carefully picked through the items for the more expensive pieces and altered the paperwork, to appear that the items I thought I was picking up, were already sold. Most of the missing items were small and transferable, coins, jewelry, silver, antique crocheted bedspread, antique persian rug, crystal, mini fridge, power tools, collector plates,

Instead of just stretching the truth, Jacky lied about EVERYTHING, from my 'mental' health, to fabrications of my interaction with the employees. In my communication with her, I can't find, even ONE thing she didn't distort. (I saved ALL emails, phone mesages)

I have been in business all my life and have never been so ripped-off as I have with this corrupt, immoral, excuse for a company. Of course their defense is: I signed a contract. However, I DID NOT, sell, donate, give, bequeth, loan or transfer ownership.

In their convuluted paperwork I saw they sold my items in Lots with other peoples. They sold items incomplete, mismatched, without glass panels, lamps without the matching custom shades. (Also approx 12 lampshades were crushed, smashed in a large box of items) An antique gametable was missing parts, a 36" glass coffee table top was broken. (No apologies there!)

They have STILL not taken responsibility nor even addressed the missing, misplaced, stolen, sold but not returned to me.

They have changed their name numerous times and can transfer bailment to other locations. They brag about their 'overseas' locations in China and Mexico. They brag about their extensive 'advertising'. But they don't advertise the customer merchandice, Only their company.

In conclusion, they sold 53 pieces of premium product and I received a check for $625.68!

I closed my furniture and decor business. I contracted to consign 3740 items. I was told that, because of number of items, maybe would have an auction just for my store items. Didn't happen.

Supposedly there would be 100-150 people on live auction day to bid, in person, plus the 'thousands bidding on line globally' On auction day, (i was one of 10 people on site) I was alarmed when I saw none of the armoires, cabinets, trunks, tables, desks, etc were cleared of inventory that was stored inside for moving!.

My inventory was scattered EVERYWHERE! Some mixed in with other Lot#s, some displayed incomplete, NO one could possibly KNOW what belonged to who in the chaotic mess. Things were broken, scratched, punctured, and most all of the matching lampshades for certain lamps were destroyed in a box of misc items. One employee denied a 36" rould glass tabletop was broken, when I pointed it out to him!

I was told an opening bid of $10 is the house bid.

If no one bids the next tier $12.50 the item goes into the next weeks auction. When I saw $1000 items being sold for $10 (alledgedly 25 of 53 items sold for $10) I notified the auction I wanted to pick up the remainder. They agreed and gave me a 3 day window. They Lied!. They proceeded to 'harvest' the most expensive items and 'said' they were sold. I SAWmy items all over the warehouse. When I went to pick up the remaining property I was told (1) that I couldn't go inside the building. (2) that my property couldn't be recovered until I signed a 'release' stating I would not file any complaints and I would be responsible for attorney fees Now I know why and thankfully did NOT sign it.

I told Jacky person that I was taking my property and bringing the Sheriff. Then, she withheld the settlement check of $962.48. (June 16 I received a check via Certified mail for $625.68)

After I inventoried the remaining property I was very disturbed to find SO many MISSING items! Coin collections, jewelry, store equipment, fixtures, phones, appliances, antiques and numerous supplies and tools as well. I stopped counting at 297 missing items. Because of the puzzling, ambiguous convoluted paperwork I received, (after numerous requests) none of which has my 'consignor' number I am surprised that they have any 'repeat' business. I was told they have 'several' locations (some in other countries)

The tacky treatment I received would be unacceptable to anyone's standards. This is a truthful and accurate summary of my experience with this company.
