Boer Steven Donald, naming himself as Financier of America loan company one day sent a text message and offerred business loan for up to $500K, and then quickly increased the amount of loan proposal up tp $3.0M at end May. He appeared as responsible person of the company and started to say he came to fix all previous employees's fraudulent and wrongful business conducts done against our company.
By pretending so, he proposed remodification of the original loan $500K to $3.0M as a part of damage compensatory deal and proposed our additional fee payment $2,100 and $600, and $450 and more.....endless before the proplsed and modified new loan shall be delivered. After previous representatives failed 23 times defaults of the loan delivery of $500K, we insisted just to delivery the loan as it was intended, but the man Boer Steven Donald insisted to inclate the loan amount to $3.0M and requested us to mak more payment.
He continually sent numerous texts and email by saying, "I am a God Fearing man and most honest and trutworthy lender. To rectify previous employees' fraudulent loan processes, I want you to receive our loan support." And continued solicitation.
A modified loan agreement has been concluded and validated on 6/05 after having our added fee paid, however he never ceased soliciting new fees and payment upfront prior to delivery of the loan.
As a result, the company America Loan Company has so far defaulted 25th times its obliged loan delivery since 3/20, but never deliver the loan contracted. This is one of the most malicious group of scammers, or one single man plays multiple roles by pretending as if he were different person and different title. The total stolen money reached to $13,040 but they never have intention to rectify their wrongful behaviors.
