Applied for a loan. they said i had to purchase a insurance cause i have bad credit so i did. then had to purchase another thing to.get it approved so i did. now im out rent money and car payment.
I was contacted by an automated system that informed me that I had been preaproved for a loan for up to $9000. I called the number indicated in the recording and spoke to a man who called himself Nick Johnson and he said he was a loan officer and began the process of completing the loan. I was then told by Alex Maxwell that because my credit was bad I would need to pay the insurance the lender was requesting. I paid the money required and on October 4th 2016 $729 was edeposited into my account and I was told to send it back the next morning using iTunes cards. I was only able to withdrawal $600 from the ATM so that was the amount sent back to them. Later that day when I was about to go to the bank for the remainder of the money, my account showed that I was now in the negative $584. When I contacted Alex Maxwell (Nick's boss) he said he would take care of it and the next deposit would be the loan amount. Needless to say I never received the loan. Today October 12th 2016 I received 2 letters in the mail from my bank showing me 2 counterfeit checks edeposited into my account that I'm now responsible for repaying. Now when I try to call the number when they answer they act like they can't hear me on the phone and hang up on me and my voice mail messages are not returned.
My dad applied for a $5000 loan, alex maxwell sent him $1500 and told my dad to send it back. My dad sent it back but never got the $5000 loan. Alex maxwell told him to keep sending more money but has never received the loan. He is now negative in his back account. We used my bank account so he could send the mobile check deposits and deposit the money my dad has overpaid to the loan company and now i am negative $900 in my bank account.
I received a email from americalendinghub saying I was approved for a loan I responded everything looked good they had good customer service and everything was fine they asked me banking information to deposit funds into my account and I would have to turn around and resubmit the money to them so they knew that my bank account was active the next day the money was in the account and they called me for me to send it back like an insurance policy so then they continue to tell me I had to purchase iTune cards and the amount of the partial Deposit they sent me that they sent me they said it wasn't the this was insurance so I did deliver me the money they told me they would call me back to let me know about the full deposit of the loan that I apply for well then they called me back and said I owe them money because the IRS told them that I had back taxes they continue to tell me that if I didn't pay them that I would be arrested the shares were going to be at my door and so on I told them hell no I wasn't going to pay them any more money come to find out I turned and called my bank and the money that they put in my bank account was a fraudulent check that put my bank account in the negative $1,800 balance now I'm out of $1,800 and I had to close my checking account until I can pay back the balance I didn't even get any money they basically deposit it and I turned around and sent it back and then they try to scam me with an IRS scam don't ever do this I feel so stupid
