This company was part of my home purchase. I wasn't in my home a month, when I required help from them.
They paid for a plumber to snake my backed-up plumbing. It cleared for a few weeks. I filed another claim and when the second snaking didn't clear the pipes, they refused to pay.
I've had the Twp. out twice and their lines are clear. So it's within my house lines.
The plumber said that the pipes need to be jetted out. This company won't pay for this either!!!
I have NO normal functioning plumbing and have to use bags instead of my toilet and they just do not care!!!
Now I'm out $175.00 for a snaking AND I am Still without working plumbing!
