They sold me a 2009 hyundai with a obstructed rear window and gathered seat belt..major oil leaks and took several days to fix it called me and said I could come get my vehicle and after picking it up I found the engine had no oil at all ..again I contacted Nick sales manager and he again apologised and ask me to return the vehicle a few more days went by and again I retrieved my vehicle to find they broke the hydrolic on my hood and failed to replace my under shield that protect the bottom of vehicle this time I called and spoke to a Joey who's also management and I was told to return once more their mechanic to do what should have been done times prior except this time I spoke to the mechanic and requested he run diagnosis on the vehicle he did and found several codes on been that the torque converter was stuck off..Me being a female I don't know much about cars he said it was no big deal and I asked about the other codes and he said they just needed to be cleared out...two month as later my alternator goes out I call them and they refuse to pay for it but offered to have it fixed for a fee one again I had a problem so instead used a local credible mechanic to fix the vehicle I played out of pocket ...The worst thing about car mart is I've never been late on a payment for 3 years and they treated me as if the didn't care These people are criminal and should be held accountable for what the be done to me and what they're gonna do to the next customer
.i reported them to corporate and corporate does the same thing over and over the rationalize with their employees instead of actually investigating...
I got a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse Spyder convertible total was 8000 for it I made 410 payments a month after 3 yrs of constant side note and having payments on time I finally ended up having to pay for a new engine in which they did not get new they went to a salvage yard and after 3 weeks it went out because of a 50 dollar sensor I asked if it could be fixed and they refused when I had already paid over 12000 on an 8000 dollar car they will set you in a car that has issues so they can't suck you sry of money by fixing, they don't fix it or they charge you for new parts that they are getting from salvage yards and don't even check the condition of the parts them they will repo your car right before you have it paid off
