I had order hair extenions for my daughter and they never came. We looked on u-tub and one girl did get her hair extenion four monts later. She opened the package on line and with in about five minutes they fell apart. And thay sent her the wrong color. There is no phone number on any of there wed sights. Thay are a total rip off!
