My stubs account was stolen by someone with an email out in CA not even on the same side of the country I live in. I'm mad because I can't use my membership anymore, I had plenty of points that I had not used towards free movies. And now all I can do is wait, My privacy was invaded, the person on the phone at AMC theaters took the contact info.. I worried because My credit cards were attached to my AMC stubs account, and now I need to make sure nothing else was stolen or hijacked by this individual. I feel like I need to not do anymore business online over the internet just because of something as simple as this...It can happen to anyone be warned it really does stink!
Beware of Patricia an aggressive abusive server who verbally harasses cusses at and abuses female customers and gets away with it while they defend and protect this prison animal and let her verbally attack and terrorize female customers. The management laughs about it and let's Patricia a psychopath get away with cursing out abusing and provoking a customer. She shouldn't be allowed around the public. Keep your kids away from this lunatic.

Tonight I went to the downtown Disney theater Orlando fl, to watch the movie "black mass." If you're a female by yourself apparently some servers can bully and mistreat u as they want and get away with it all. A male served me my drink and he was nice and normal. Then, I wanted to pay my bill and a female named patricia an older white lady served me. She first lied to me about drink cups, then when she came to give me my drink, she sort of shoved it at me rudely, and I gestured mildly sort of to show her to not get this close to me. To this, patricia rudely said "WHAT THE F***" actually using the F word for no reason. I was shocked of course..and said to her, excuse me but please don't curse at me. At this point, I wanted her to leave as she was obviously being rude and hostile towards me, and was cursing at me for no reason. Patricia continued trying to pick a fight with me and argue, I told her to get away from me and leave me alone. She wouldn't stop, and then finally decided to leave. I was of course traumatized, shocked, confused, shaken up..and pressed the red button so another server could come. Two minutes later a rude and hostile patricia came AGAIN and then angrily stared at me and said to me and in an abusive way "WHAT"!!!??? Again she was abusive and aggressive and i told her to get away from me.
I told her to leave me alone- she refused to and I got up, and began walking out to talk to a manager as patricia was now verbally and continually harassing me. As I was walking out patricia who is apparently mentally unstable and crazy, began FOLLOWING me out the theater door. She was behaving in a stalking way, not letting me leave and continued making comments to provoke me or yell at me. I was trying to get to a manager to get AWAY from this animal/piece of filth and she wouldn't let me leave. She began then yelling things to me like "I WASNT TRYING TO SCARE YOU"!!! and "OK OK I WONT CHARGE U FOR THE TEA THE TEA IS ON ME"!!! she was verbally berating me and yelling other things too. So she's harassing me, verbally attacking and stalking me. I can't believe a disturbed server is able to even DO this to a customer much less get away with it. I managed to make it to someone to ask for a manager and they brought out an asian female who claimed to be a supervisor, but she looked like a server to me. I explained to her what I went through and her first response was "oh I'm sorry she's not a bad person" I'm thinking I just got harassed cursed at and mistreated by a very disturbed white trash female who is obviously mentally unstable and your response is, she's not a bad person?? She assured me the server wouldn't be around me again and gave me some free movie tickets, which I had to ask for.
I went back to my seat, and a few mins later, of course stupid patricia the psycho came around AGAIN, and she dropped a note off on my drink cup--which was absurd. The note said she was sorry and didnt mean to scare me. wtf?? after she harassed and abused me, she was able to come and leave me a note?? i cant believe disney AMC allows abusive servers to do this to customers and get away with it. I was furious and upset- then, the manager came b/c i was trying to get another drink since I didnt want to drink the one idiotic patricia gave me- for obvious reasons. I showed the asian female the stupid note patricia left, and she didnt care. She again tried to defend her and it almost seemed as if she was acting like, i was making up the story, or they had to 'get sides.' She said they had to 'investigate' the situation- so patricia who behaved hostile violent and like a stalker was able to continue bothering and intimidating me as she wanted. This was the worst movie experience ive ever had in my life, and the management at AMC is the worst- they allow obviously abusive employees to bully and harass female customers. I was very shaken up traumatized by everything, not to mention it was during black mass which is a violent and intense movie and made it all worse. patricia is a very disturbed sick person who needs to be away from the public and is dangerous and unstable and abuses customers and gets away with it.
I spoke to 'steven' the manager later and got the feeling they were acting as if I was making up stories to get free movie tickets? seriously? Also, he said he can't 'promise' that patricia won't be working there. It seems AMC theaters doesn't care at ALL that their crazy server patricia is going around harassing women trying to watch movies alone. This isnt just bad customer service it's hell and not fair to customers at all. Do they really think that people are trying to file bogus complaints for free movie tickets?? im shocked that they'd stand up for and support a deranged server like this. Patricia doesnt just need to be fired, this worthless maniac needs to be locked up and away from the public. I guarantee this ugly white trash disgusting crackwh0re came straight from rehab. She does not look like a 'decent or nice person' and acts like an uncivil animal from the jungle.
