I have been dealing with Amazon Prime people on the phone the phone calls sound like there's some place in India or Africa? and they don't understand English and I keep getting blown off (but meanwhile I spent $1,550 on an item through Amazon Prime and I never had it delivered) they said it was delivered on the 8th of November 2022, in which it was not... and they expect me to pay for merchandise that I did not receive $1,555.00? well they are not getting paid because they never shipped me my merchandise. I warn everybody out there do not use Amazon Prime: They deal with third-party sellers that do not send you the merchandise and Amazon makes credit on that sale and you will never receive the merchandise. Amazon Prime is nothing but a joke you are better off going to walmart.com where within 2 days you get your delivery. not like Amazon Prime delivery 2-day delivery that you will receive in 3 weeks. I joined Amazon Prime because it had (2) day guarantee delivery for Prime members and I never received anything in 2 days it is more like 2 weeks to 2 months?
Sometimes even longer and then you get it delivered? that is if they even ship you the merchandise which 90% of the time they do not. I ordered a (3) piece recliner sectional and they only shipped me shipped me 1- piece and they said all three pieces were delivered. Which they were not. Trying to speak to Amazon I spent over 16 hours and my time is valuable and they called the third party seller and nobody will fix the problem so you spend $1,500 and you do not get anything delivered except for a migraine headache trying to get answers why it was not delivered. I would think about shopping elsewhere people because Amazon Prime does not represent the buyers: They only represent themselves and they're literally steal money from you.

A BIG LIE: which is not true at all; it is more or less 2 week delivery and they charge Prime membership MEMBERSHIP RATES. which they should not, because you get stuff faster through walmart.com. I ordered something on Monday and I received it on Tuesday THROUGH WALMART not even 1- day and it was delivered AND I ORDERED THE SAME ON AMAZON PRIME.COM The same day and it's going to be 3 weeks and I still not have received it. think twice about joining Amazon PRIME,it is a Joke. join walmart.com where they charge you a rate but they guarantee to deliver to you on the day they promised.
Amazon Prime is a joke everyone if you need something Amazon Prime promise me 2-day delivery which I never received 2-day delivery it is minimum one week but most of the time it's 30 days before I get a package that I ordered online but I pay for Prime services today they told me something was going to be delivered and it went out seven something in the morning and it was returned because they said my delivery instructions will delay my package it should have been delivered today I don't know if the post office worker stole it or if they delivered it to the wrong address which is a common occurrence if you need something don't bite on Amazon Prime you're better off driving to your nearest Walmart and buy it at least you know you'll get it when you need it. And then because Amazon had the United States post office deliver it, but they cannot read English and they do not know names because they they cannot read English because they are all foreigners that run our post office,

I've never been treated so badly on the purchasing of merchandise that they never shipped me and keep dragging me along like hoping I go away, (so they make easy money without shipping me the merchandise). I'm tired of ordering $800.00 to $1,200 a month on amazon.com and they guarantee two-day delivery? (Yeah right)? there's no such thing as two-day delivery with Amazon? I've never gotten everything delivered in 2 days; (it always comes 8 to 12 Days after I order it). I am paying $13 a month for the prime membership and I Reep No benefits that Amazon have promised me when I joined. I sent them the notification of delivery on an item and it was delivered 2- towns over from me to an address that is not on my profile of where to deliver my merchandise. I sent them the confirmation of where it was delivered and on October 1st I'm still waiting for my refund and or delivery of the merchandise that I ordered? But Once Amazon has your money, they can care less about if you received the merchandise that you paid for or not. I will be canceling everything through Amazon.com and I will no longer use the Amazon credit card and I will start ordering through walmart.com because every time I use their ordering website, I get the merchandise delivered within a day or two.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I got in for an hour. Amazon said that they had resolved the problem. They fixed it for an hour and then locked the account again. I have asked for an escalation, but they claim that they can't escalate the situation. Be very wary of Amazon!
Do you store your photos at Amazon? You can't retrieve them if you are locked out. Do you order gifts from there? If they choose to lock you out, your gifts just won't arrive as promised. If you want to return an item, they strip the record of the order.

The Order #: 111-1775509-4286611. I ordered grocering on Amazon Prime now. I left special instructions to have the driver call upon arrival so I could let them in to complete delivery. No one called and Jonathan the delivery driver marked the delivery as undeliverable. I was told by two employees that the driver does not have access to delivery instructions. SO THEN WHY DO I HAVE THE OPTION TO LEAVE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS IF THE ONLY PERSON WHO NEEDS TO READ THEM DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS.
That was excuse # 1. Excuse #2 was that the "leader" at Amazon who I requested a call from said that no one (not even a member of the store (3rd and Fairfax in Los Angeles) could contact the driver at 2:20pm today to re-deliver the food (which was scheduled to be delivered between 2 and 4pm today). Whats to difference between that type of service and me giving my money to a perfect stranger and asking them to go bring me my groceries since no one at Amazon seems to be able to contact anyone who is deliverig their food.
If I was an executive at Amazon (which I never will be, because I wouldn't work for a double talking company) you can be sure they would have contacted that driver and made sure I got my groceries. So I will never be using Amazon Prime now again for any type of deliveries. Amazon....you may as well re-invent the wheel and put together a logistics and supply chain for groceries that actually works instead of making excuses for a system that doesnt work.
