If you are here its most likely because you are a victim or potential victim of their "Homeowners Benefit" program. It's a complete scam. Even ex-employees have written about this on Glassdoor. These scammers tell people they are doing a marketing program, but in actuality they are conning you into a 40 year contract to have exclusive listing rights to sell your home.
No big deal if you do sell and use them...but if not, you're screwed. They place a lien against your property without telling you and will sue you for 6% of your equity if you use a reputable company or deed your property to your heirs. Just Google their reviews and check BBB.
