They advertised a trial size of face cream for $1.00 plus shipping charges. I received my order along with a enclosed statement. However two weeks later I got a charge of $89.92 on my credit card which I immediately wrote my credit card company. I called the company and they told me I ordered from them which I did not. I did order the trial size for the dollar plus shipping charges but i'm contacting ripoff because this company charged $89.92 on my credit card without my permission and nor did I received any goods or anything from this company for these charges and nor did I sign up with them for additional face cream.
The exact same thing has happened to me - I called my credit card company and they are looking into it for me.
Company states you can stop shipment at any time and then makes it very difficult to locate them. Their website has no contact information. Their shipments also have no contact information.
I wanted the $9.95 trial, so I gave them my credit card number for shipping and handling. You have 10 days to cancel. I called them before the 10 days were up and I was told I couldn't cancel then. Four days later, they took $180.00 out of my account to pay for the next shipment. I called them and told them I didn't want their products! In so many words, they told me "too bad" you didn't cancel in time. I had to cancel my cxredit card because of them. Do Not Order This Product!
I ordered two products online under the name AmaBella Allure: AmaBella Allure Eye Serum and Ama Bella Skin Cream. Each was sent to me for a shipping charge of $4.99 per. I received the products in June. With no printed invoice in either shipment, I looked up the Ama Bella Allure organization online and wrote them I did not want to receive any future shipments, believing the trial shipments were all I was to be charged ($4.99 and $4.99). There was no response from the company.
However, on July 29, my credit card was charged $89.92 for Sesinve Sesskincream. On July 30, my credit card was charged $89.95 for Kaeyescream.
I was scammed. I had no way to stop the charges. There was no written text in the online site about being charged for the products after the shipment. There was no sure way way to contact the companies about product dissatisfaction and refunds.
The AmaBella Allure line is promoted/marketed by Mrs. Joel Osteen, pastor of the mega church in Dallas. Doe she know or care what is happening to people like myself?!?
Online buyers beware....there are people and companies out there who operate on the fringe on the law and business integrity.

I agree with the former writer. I will not allow myself to be billed after the trial period for a product that I didn't order.
This firm must include the "hidden" warning about being on a subscription basis - on going basis of ordering the product
and being automatically bill for the same. They offer no way of contacting them to cancel the trial bais of this cream.
They sucker you in buying a trial offer of only paying shipping & handeling. At the very bottom (I mean the VERY bottom) of the very long page in very small print where nobody really looks are the sneaky terms that will charge an outrageous amount if you don't CALL within 14 days!!!!!!! The website is full of their crap about the MIRACLE products they offer to deceive you in thinking there is no catch.......There are several companies involved that are hard to contact!!!!
DO BUY THEIR PRODCT.....it doesn't work and is way too expensive!!!
I was billed for “free” products when i did not call within 10 days. I had no idea i needed to do so. Product is advertised as free trial size pay shipping only. However if you do not call the company within 10 days they will bill you for those products they sent you for free to the tune of $89 or more. I have found if you look on your credit card billing and find the annabella allure transaction there is a phone number there that you can call to discontinue product. I have read some consumers complain of the company being difficult to get a hold of but i found when i called the telephone number that was listed on the transaction for that product on my credit card i was immediately talking to a representative who gladly canceled my order. Complete scam for a at best mediocre product. Bbb can’t you do more?
I orderd this face cream because it was advertized by HGTV Fixer Upper star, Joanna Gaines.......... The first order was shipped to a wrong address and was distroyed by the post office...... They did send me another order and was told that if I wanted to send it back it needed to be within 30 days. I spoke to customer service today and was told that my account had already been charged and they would not give any refunds because it was not within a 14 day period from the first order date....... When I tried to accress their web site: www.tryamabellaallure.com the only page that came up was "the product is no longer available"..... So anyway I'm out $89.92 for product plus 4.99 shipping. I have disputed the transaction with my card company, but don't think anything will become of it......
I ordered a free trial of the skin care product. Without my consent or authorization, the company has sent me 2 more shipments at full price. I have not found any way to contact Amabelle. The address or phone number it's not listed. They have a P O Box that is unreachable. I've been charged almost $400.00 and I have no recourse with this company. I've not opened the packages, but I don't know what to do next!
When I contacted them (I kept the original email order information so contacted them within one week) to report that this cream and serum did nothing and I wanted to cancel any future orders they offered me 30% off for life. I was adamant that I wanted no further orders and they offered me 50% off for life. Supposedly DiCaprio and Winslet backed this product, but I'm sure that was part of the scam.
I ordered samples of a skin care cream and serum that was advertised as Joanna Gaines new line. I received the sample, I do not like it and thought that was that. Then I received a box in the mail of the same crap and got charged $93 for garbage I never ordered. I would like a refund and to send back the horrible product back where it came from. Please and thank you.
I paid for a tial sample ,so I paid the shipping of $4.99. On my credit card bill, I not only received a charge for the shipping, I was also charged $89.92 for the cream!
When I called about the charge, I was told I had 14 days to respond to the trial. There was no stipulation either on line, or in the package.
I asked where I could return the product, and I was told I couldn't (even though I hadn't used it),because it was free.
After speaking to several customer service peple to ask for a refund, I asked for an additional supervisor, and was given an email that doesn't exist.
