Future companies and employees, AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. I was a former employee, and forced to do things I did not want to like crawl under houses with 12 inches or more of water under them, forced to work in -20 degree weather with 17-25" of snow on ground being one of two employees to show up to the shop after being threatened to be fired for not coming in even though the National Guard was driving around in Humvees warning everyone to stay inside. This company will have you working in excess of 65-80 hours at MINIMUM WAGE, with promises that you will make more if you focus on improving your stats and customer reviews. I got stuck in a company vehicle in 22" of snow and when the supervisor showed up to get me out he pinned the company truck against another vehicle on the side of the road and told me to get in and get it away from it. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY.

I have lost custody of my son because they would not call in to the place i was required to do visits with my child until court was over with, and let them know I was required to work on Sundays which caused me to have to reschedule twice ultimately losing custody and visitation with my child because they would not confirm that I work Sundays. When I called in today, Nicia Cary finally called me back after 8 months of refusing to call back, and told me they are not required to verify work schedules and would not do so.

I currently have counsel and have a good opportunity at a lawsuit against them for damages, both physically and mentally, and for refusing me workman's comp for injuries I sustained when I fell off a 28ft ladder leaning on a telephone pole that was covered in ice and -20 degrees outside. Be smart folks, do as I did and record phone conversations. Emails, conversations in the office with voice recording, take photographs and videos like I did of a supervisor names Tom Legg telling me to get in the truck and move it away from the car he bumped into in the snow. See attached pictures of the crappy pay, various pay, and type of crap you WILL deal with. All this company cares about is you making them boatloads of money. When I was an independent contractor I made 1500+ a week, as in house contractor on hourly you will not make more than 300-400 a week for 6 days of work at 60+ hours, do the math....they are horrible and make thousands off you including $25 a week for vehicle take home which they turn around and write off on taxes anyway. Stay away from this folks, YOU CAN DO BETTER AND DESERVE BETTER!

You're Dead Right

I managed the Lexington market and the things I was told to do were outrageous. I was unaware of a lawsuit. I hope they go under like they did in Lexington. I thought they were kicked out of WV too.

Don't Do It

I worked as the manager for the Lexington, KY branch for a few months. After being in this industry for 17 years, I have to tell you, I've never seen anything like it. You will work around 65 to 70 hours and make around minimum wage. My salary was 52,000 a year and I accepted it because I was promised massive monthly bonuses. Never happened. Even after I overhauled the staff and took us to number one amongst other contractors I never saw a cent. I was told to lie about worker's comp claims, to adjust employee timecards to less hours, sabotage other contract company's work, and I was only allowed to have one minority for every ten whites I hired. I was finally fired for voicing my opinion and letting the temple know what really went on there. There was a mass exodus and they were eventually asked to leave the Lexington market. They can't grow because their reputation is laughable. Their Operations Director, Jason Phillips, is as worthless as they come. The company will continue to go under, and with this class action lawsuit proceeding it may happen sooner than later. Good riddance, greedy morons.
