I am a painter for the Altura Homes in Kensington Park , we painted Kevin Webb personal house on which we charge him $2000 for cabinets $500 for different colors on rooms $1500 for Exterior $1500 for walls And $800 for touch up and the touch up is something that we are not doing and he doesn't want to pay us the $5500 of his house because the garage door and the masters closet are not painted and that is because he haven't finish building the master closets and he haven't install the garage door just for those two things he is not paying us that just show the kind of a*****e he is and he is threatening me to back charge me for not touching up 745 and741 Kensington but those two houses are not ready for touch up the base board has texture in it because they haven't been clean and the windows are full of texture and we cant caulk over them and is not like we don't want to finish what with we started is that the condition that the houses are impossible to be touch up if he can get them clean we cant touch up and he owes me the different square foot for 764 Kensington 915 Hamilton 757 Kensington and the extras for 737 and 753 Kensington he change the front door and kitchen shelf and other stuff. and he is not paying for it and the exterior for 764 and 915 the check is made but he haven't send it all I want is to finish those house their is where I invest my saving in and because of Kevin Webb I'm not planning on losing them ..
