My Wood floor, which by the way was in almost perfect conditions before the repairs has been damaged by he negligence o he workers sent to my property. They were working on the Walls but the first set of workers sent by Ally was unprofessional and messy. The didn't cover anything in he work space or the house knowing that sanding the walls would release dust all over the place.
Now even though you're sending someone to Clean the dust and the house, the floors are Damaged reason being is NOTHING WAS COVERED the mudding from the wall and combination of duty is now on my hardwood floors which now I have to pay extra to get the WHOLE HOUSE sand and stained because if I do it in sections it will look horrible. Needless to say my repairs took almost 4 months.
Something another contractor in the same company said he could finish in 3 weeks tops. Getting materials was an issue, customer service at the local office was Horrible, getting an answer from Any of the representatives was a Headache and now this! On top of that want to over charge for repairs that weren't even done at all! I don't know if y'all really care about your customers but something is very wrong at Ally Storm Claims!

Several wage disputes against this company exist. They don’t even have a general contractor license. Not professional.
