I, Ruby, ordered a FREE trial of Allumiderm lotion if I paid $4.95 S&H and the Company sent me another lotion called Alluminieye which they billed me for $5.95. I thought maybe I accidentally hit the wrong button or they sent me a cheap trail size of the eye cream. I never ordered the eye cream and it hasn't been even 14 days and they charged my MasterCard and left me with a negative balance. The order got billed on the 19th of June and they charged my card on the 1st of July. I never agreed to them charging my card. When you order this product ONLINE on your phone, there is no "Terms of Condition" box??? This is highway robbery! I would NEVER agree to pay for face lotion that costs $90.00 I want my money back that they charged my card!!!
I came across this cream (Allumineye) and their well prepared and false show they have to introduce the cream. As a lot of people, I have lost over $370 that they have taken from my account. Is there any kind of stop for these crooks? or they just go around taking costumer's money with false statements? In my personal opinion, this is not right. Please be aware of this kink of Scam.
The skin care eye cream was advertised for a free trial. I signed up for the free trial and was told I would be charged $4.95 for ship and handling only.No other charges if I chose to keep the item wouldn’t have to be until after the 14 day trial offer. Two days after the order and before I received the product, I was fraudulently charged $89.95 on my credit card.I only authorized that they take $4.95 only for the shipping and handling!!!! I called my credit card company to find out who charged this charge. They told me it was the lbnskinenhance company. So I filed a claim with my credit card company.I called the Allumineye company the next day and they said I was in a binding contract but not signed up for a subscription. They said since I filed a claim against them I couldn’t get my money back!!!I am really upset and want my money back!!!!!
On 9-23-17 ,I ordered a one time purchase of eye and skin cream for $4.95 & $5.95,..received it in 2 days,..used it for about a week,..noticed it was giving me Whitehead’s on my face,..discontinued it and thought that was the end of it,it was bogus,..within 2 weeks I noticed 2 charges on my debit card for $89.95 &$86.95.
I immediatly contacted the numbers that were listed on my statement next to those 2 charges,..and explained that there was no way I agreed to having deduct the money automatically from my account.Im on S.S. And have a very limited income,..and had just under $200. In my account. I only am able to put in $300 a month to pay my bills and for groceries. I didn’t learn of the deduction they did till I was at the supermarket, and was unable to pay for my groceries,..since they too everything out of my account except for $13.
They were intialy supposed refund the money back to my acct.within 7-10 days.It never came. When I contacted customer service for that Allumiderm,..@(877)631-1620-they had me pull up a totally different add that was not the one I ordered from,..and eventually agreed to refunding me $30. On each product,...and that was all they were will to do.Which will take them 30-45 days to do.I reluctenly agreed for fear that I wasn’t gonna get 1 cent back. The first time I spoke them they needed me to tell them my card info fo to fix everything.
Within a week,..I got to letters in the mail,..welcoming me to 2 different services I had no clue about. The time and date stamp on my bank statement matches exactly with when I spoke to the eye cream personal that was supposed issuing me a refund. They recorder my voice saying my cc # and turned around and signed me up to the 2 other things and also they deducted money from my account at the same time.I instantly contacted those two places that they had me registersed as joining,..and told them that in no way was I the one who signed up for their services and to put back the money they deducted from my account.
They did. Like I said,I live on a very fixed income with very little money to put in the bank every month to pay my bills and groceries,...they wiped me out when they took that $187. From my only savings, which in turn I can’t pay my bills rent, food, utilities for my apt.because they left me broke until the first of the month. Where i’m going to have to repay all the money I borrowed from my brother to pay my bill and to buy food. The product and company are a total scam,...and they stole all my savings(what little bit I had)
This company lied and advertises free trial only to take money's out of your account. They also advertise one product and when you check out another similar product pops up asking if you would like free trial of it as well for shipping and handling. Then when you see your statement there's two charges of $89.00 for a total of $179.00 on it. And when you call them to demand your money back they first say no and and the longer you stay on the line with them they start making offers with you after you threaten them saying you will turn them in.

Pfff... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL LOSE!
For me, it all began as a $4.95 "14 day trial." The 14 days start as soon as you pay. How does the 4 days in the mail count as part of your trial? This is the where fraud begins. You will find upon opening the box a second product included, whether you order it or not, doubling your exposure. I did not order it but, they sent it. They will and do bill you on the 14th day ($86.95 + $89.95 + $176.90). Reducing the trial again to now be at best a 9 day trial. Hmm... But, the fraud continues.
I did call the 14th day but, earlier in the day the $176.90 had already been charged to my Bank Card. I was told, "you should have called ealier." Once they ship and charge, it's over. They will not accept returns and they will not refund your money. PERIOD. Those who use a 'credit card' may have some hope but, 'debit cards', forget it. All in all, it ain't worth it.
This so-called business is nothing less than 'criminal, organized crime.' I don't understand how they can continue... It's a SCAM!
I saw the ad on tv for free samples of face and eye cream. I called and was told they were out of samples but would send both regular size for shipping only. I saw on my bank statement I was charged $85 for each item.
When I called them they said I had agreed to monthly shipments. I had nothing in writing or in my email. I was told there was a recording with me agreeing to this. When I asked to hear it, they refused.
I had ordered a trial with allumineye and alluminderm skin care , I didn;t realize there was a14 day trial, so i look at my bank statement saw a charge and got the phone number and called them the guy that asnswered he would give me there phone number, So I called them back a lady talked to me and said no tha I could not get my refund on these 2 products due to the trial is over. I said i should be able to get something back or 505 or more she said no again very rude I told heer that I was turning her in and she said go ahead it has made me very nervous and angry. So I hope you can help me. Thank you.
I seen an ad on facebook to order Allumineye for 4.95 and Allumiderm for 5.98 for trial sizes. I used my bank card to order and a week l.ater I recieved both. When I opened I thought this is a lot for trial sizeAfew days later I checked my bank statement and about 180.00 had been taken out for these. I called my bank but since I used my debit there was nothing they could do. So I am just another victim but it sure taught me something. joanna bainbridge georgia
Bought the trial for the eye cream and they gave the allumindeem for just shipping. Exactly 14 days later I got charged 170,00. I called to cancel it as the amounts were still pending. I received an email that says they were cancelled. The allumniderm amount never went through but was charged over 80.00 for the eye cream. I called to have them credit my account but they said because it was charged thru they couldn't credit my card. The stuff does not work like they said it does. No where did I see you had 14 days or you would be charged over 80.00 each. This is such a scam. Do not buy this cream as it is a big ripoff.
