Allstate flatly refused to operate the warranty that business manager spoke of. I attempted to speak with the tulsa, ok branch manager about their refusal to abide by the guarantee. She refused to talk to my by telephone or in person, about this issue.
A person answering the telephone in their so-called "bedbug department", told me they would not come back and retreat with heat, even though the treatment cost the building contractor $450.00, with very poor results. The female answering the budbug phone said they would come and spray chemicals, which allstate knows very well, they cannot do in my apartment, due to my anaphylactic reaction to insecticides.
The business manager said allstate mentioned using some kind of oil. I have a document on file with the business office on file, stating my dire problems with insecticide. They promised a return, to get rid of these bedbugs, and they refuse to do this.
The contractor said she would find another company to heat treat my apartment, but has not done this. I attempted to get joe qualls, owner and ceo to call me back on this big, fat mess, but qualls refuses to talk about his worthless company's policies.
$450.00 for a 60 minute heat treatment is a ton of money, especially as they refuse to guarantee their work, and talk with me about the tortious neglect of refusing to do the job they were paid for.
