On July 3, 2018 at approximately 8:45am I went to CVS/Pharmacy located at 10307 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro Ga. 30236 to withdraw $200 cash from the ALLPOINT ATM machine which is located at the front of the store. The ALLPOINT ATM machine seemed to be processing the transaction it even made sounds as if it were about to release the funds and then suddenly without distributing any moneys, the The ALLPOINT ATM machine began to shut down and reboot for about 10-15minutes. During that time I proceeded to check my bank account to learn that the $200 was indeed deducted from my account by ALLPOINT. I immediately reported what happened to the CVS Store Manager, Spencer and he nonchalantly informed me that the The ALLPOINT ATM machine is not CVS responsibility. He then advised me to contact The ALLPOINT customer service which I did and I was advised to contact my bank because there was nothing that ALLPOINT could/would do about returning my money to me.

Why are these companies being allowed to prey on hard working consumers, by stealing our hard earn money via- ATM Fraud? On Tuesday, July 3rd at approximately 8:45 am within 10 seconds from inserting my bank card into the ALLPOINT ATM machine located inside CVS/ Pharmacy at 10307 Tara Blvd. Jonesboro GA. 30236 – I WAS ROBBED OF $200 –via ATM FRAUD!

I am submitting this complaint today with the hopes of exposing ALLPOINT. There ATM Service is not only unethical but it is also heartbreaking and downright disgusting. To this day, I have yet to receive the funds that were stolen. My advice to the next consumer that is ripped-off at and ALLPOINT ATM is to contact the police and file a police report against the company. I sure wish I would have done so.

On november 7th 2017 i went to an allpont ATM. I was withdrawing 300.00 dollars off my card. As the transaction was complete i got my money and it felt light. (The area i was in is not a good place .) so i was thinking i need to count this it felt as if it wasnt 300.00. As i checked back threw my day i was shorted 60.00 dollars. So on november 14th 2017 i went to that same ATM and pulled 300.00 off. As my transaction was complete i grab my money and this time i counted it because i thought about last week and it felt light. And as i thought it was short 80.00. The machine only gave me 220.00. So i run into kroger i told the cashier what happened i was freaking out. And she tells me that it happened to her too. And she said call the number on the ATM So i do so. Well a man answers the phone i try to explain my situation. This man was so very very rude to me and did not listen and cut me off then hung up on me as if i did something wrong here..So i call my card holder to see what i need to do to get my money back..(as my rent is due today.. ) my card holder customer service transfers me to the claims department they inform me its going to take 40 days to get my money back?? So she explains that Allpoint has to check the ATM and they only check them every 45 days. So i call Allpoint back and they hang up on me again so a total of 3 times they hung up on me for what reason? Something dont seem right about that. So i talk to some people i know and i find out that this ATM does this a lot. 5 people has had this happen to them at the same one in the past week and they all were also hung up on when they called. The location of the ATM is 4445 E. 10th st. Indpls. In. 46201. This place is so messed up . why they can just not give the right money to you and hang up on you like owell. What if that happened to them. Thats dealing with peoples lives. Bills, kids, food, ext.

I went to an AllPoints Atm to withdraw $40 from a location at a CVS as I finished the transaction the screen flashed red and gave me no money. I waited 5minutes and the screen went to the main screen again no money, about 3minutes later I received a text message from Skylight Financial saying $40 had been withdrawn but again I received no money. I called Skylight that proceeded to tell me to call the arm company posted on the atm and if I do not receive a response from them to call back and within 10days they will provisionally credit my account. They also proceeded to tell me this happens frequently when the arm runs out of money. I don't understand how this can be ethically correct to do to someone the machine knows it's out of money but it takes your money anyways this should be illegal
