This company does not pay its contractors according to contracts signed. I was forced to sign a new contract in order to continue being paid per Chance Williams/ owner of Allphase Construction. This company makes verbal promises that it does not fulfill. They promise they will put it in writing, but never do. I've requested a signed copy of the contracts I signed and was promised them, but have never received them. They also help the homeowners they claim to help commit insurance fraud by instructing their customers to tell the insurance company that ALL work has been completed when it's not, in order to collect more money from the insurance than they are due.
