All service providers beware do not get involved with this company at all. They do not pay the service providers for there services. We have been waiting for payment for over 3 months first they tell you the information for your eft is not correct and they will correct it and get payment out right away. When you try to call the woman penny or holly about why payment has not been recieved they put you to voicemail. The company does emergency dispatching for at&t. We have almost 1000.00 outstanding owed to us and we are having a hard time getting in contact with them. Funny they are still calling us to tow for them as we decline and tell them no and the reasons why. I have read many complaints about this company. I called the attorney generals and they said we need to hire an attorney they can't help. Its really sad that we went out of our way to help the customers in need and we deserve to get paid we don't perform a service for free. Next is to try and contact the ceo anthony royer to see if he even has a clue as to what is happening. I highly doubt that is going to get us anywhere. Do yourself a favor do not get involved with this company at all.

My complaint is the same as all the others reagrding Allied. We haven't received payment for months. At first they claimed to have EFT issues with my bank, which was untrue. Then they informed me they were going on a net 60 payment plan. I was promised an EFT last month, last week ans then again last Friday. Still no payment. Now, no one from Allied will return calls or e-mails. I continued to service their customers in good faith, now am owed thousands of dollars and in the process of filing suit. I will certainly report back if/when anything changes.

I have been a provider for Allied for over 2 years and have performed thousands of calls for them since then. They used to be really good with call volume and payment as they used to pay with credit cards for every single call. That all changed January of 2017. They decided, my honest opinion, to employ a dirty tactic of holding off on paying providers and basically use the money interest free for whatever the heck the "OWNER" wants to including their multi-million dollar office that is supposedly getting renovated in down town Johnson City (look it up on google). Since January they decided to put everyone on Net 60 which has turned to Net forever! They initially said that we will start off at net 60 and then work on getting providers paid faster and go to net 30 and pay every 2 weeks. That all turned out to be B.S, they have taken full advantage of me and my small company and managed to run up over $20,000 in POs over 4 months that have yet to be paid. I initially thought that they will be good for it and suffered through paying for my business to keep running and my guys to get paid. Account managers keep getting changed, am guessing as soon as they realize that they are part of a scam they jump ship. No one from A/P returns a call assuming you even get to someones voicemail and the whole thing just reeks of a major scam going on. I have retained a lawyer and are gathering evidence to potentially file a Diseptive Trade Practices Act lawsuit against them unless they pay us what we are owed in the next 2 weeks.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!

I will update if something changes.

Allied Dispatch Stay away from them , they will bait and switch. Started out with credit card payment,

they will start you off with a credit card payment, then switch to EFT, of which you will never get. It appears to be a pyramid scheme. Pep Boys charges $19.95 for a 10 Mile tow, our base is 46.00 and still havn.t been paid since May Stay away from this company or collect from the car owner and you will be better off

Allied owes me over 800$ in unpaid po's for roadside assistance provided through their company. Supposed to pay 60 day net which was the first warning sign, all other companies pay in 10 days or less. No one even answers the phone in the "payment" department and it goes straight to hold, but somehow you are supposed to leave a message. Have not taken a call from them in 2 months and have not been paid for jobs done 5 months ago. If I ever get paid what I am owed I will be shocked after reading all the other complaints about non payment.

I am a small towing company doing service calls for Allied Dispatch Solutions. I have not received payment for the services I have provided in over a month. I am out my money for gas etc and they owe me about $2800. I have made many many calls and still no results. My calls now go straight to Jimmy's voicemail with no rings. I have tried speaking with other employees but I am transferred to someone else's voicemail. I guess my next step is to contact an attorney. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

We signed a contract with this company on the promise that they would increase the call volume, which they did. We have been faithful in servicing the customers and making sure that we get as many of their calls taken care of as we can. The problem is now they owe us over 3200.00. After calling and making the concern known to staff, it was so called 'escalated' to upper management, through to District Manager, and at no time has anyone reached out to our company. Email response answered persuant to our inquiry, and response given only to confirm we would be paid by the begining of June. Meanwhile, we continued to service their calls in good faith. It is the middle of June, we have not received a word of payment and calls to Allied become frustrating as the only responses we now get are 'we will call you in an hour', 'we will call you back in 3 minutes', 'we will call you back in 24-48 hrs'. This company continues to pass the buck with no resolution on why they have not paid our company. They charge their customers for the towing service, request reduced rates from our company and then do not want to pay our company for the service. Even up to today, they have no answers and cannot find anyone responsible for handling payment, yet they want us to continue to accept calls. I would stay away from this company or at least stay away from signing a contract. make them pay with a credit card per call!

Allied dispatch Solutions is the worst to work for. they were a hundred and twenty days behind in payment. and they wanted nickel-and-dime you no matter what. Is the biggest scam ever, first you call and ask him how come you haven't been paid yet and they tell you they're working on it. And then when you call back again they tell you that there was a mix-up with the payable department and that they're going to try to process your payment as quick as possible. They are nothing but a joke. Do not do work for this company they will forever be in your debt. But they tell you that they wanna work with you so you can grow your business but how can you grow your business when they don't pay you? Then they want to say well don't you work for other insurance companies and you say yes and then they ask you well don't they pay you. Doesn't matter what the other insurance companies do in matters what this company does if you want your roadside business to grow don't work for Allied dispatch Solutions and I hope your Roy Rogers sees this

They dont let you invoice they simply are suppoze to pay you without documentation.

You never get to speak to anyone in they financial department

You will get screwed and they have no problem lying to your face.

DO NOT WORK FOR THEM PERIOD.

I will have to sue them to get money

They will give you run arround and pretend like they are taking care of buisness but your screwed.

6000$ in tows and not one check.

I have been on contract with Allied solutions for sometime now it took a month to get paid which I found off but they paid well and I was starting to get my checks. Now I have a very big issue not only is it Dec but I'm still being paid from work my company did in October they are late paying they have no set payment schedule its when they feel like it or when they have things together. Talking to anyone in accounting is pointless cause nobody knows anything a guy by the name of logan left penny just sends you to someone else in which they dont answer the phone. Ive only been paid once for the month of Dec and we are supposed to be paid twice. I wont say dont do business with them but be careful it's very stressful. My main problem is you can't get answers from nobody about whats going on with your money because nobody knows and they seem to not care worst contract ive had
