For the third time this week, I was on hold to Alliant "Customer Service" trying to disconnect my electric service.
I called at 6 AM, 7:15 AM, 10:20 AM, 10:25 AM, 10:35 AM and I stopped writing after that. From 7:15 to 10:20 AM I was waiting for a callback for a "greater than 30-minute hold time" and they are supposed to call back in the order the calls are received. Lies!
The same events occurred yesterday and last Friday. Alliant "Customer Service" is nonexistent.
I guess I'll stop paying my bill. That should get the service disconnected.
