Alliance communicated that I could terminate my contract by providing 30-day termination notice, but after I sent them 30-days' notice, they charged me for 54 days. They relied on their terms and conditions which states "termination takes effect upon the last day of the month following the month in which notification was received", but they completely disregarded their numerous written and oral representations that only 30 days were required.
