The worst management company and team I have ever experienced rude, unprofessional, lazy, dirty, uneducated and ignorant! I have reported them to the City code enforce-meant, county DAs office and the State plus HUD. Now you ask why would I go through all of this, because that was a lot of time and money to contact everyone and present all my information and facts. When I was done they all jumped on board and said NO this can't happen anymore. To leave tenants in an apartment with bugs , flee's, bed bugs, spiders for 6 weeks and the tenants were writing emails to the managers since they discounted me from the website where I pay rent and place orders with management for repairs if you need any! Why would they turn off my login so I can't pay rent or communicate with management on questions or concerns? Why would they leave us in that apartment with these bugs and NOT have our place serviced and we had to live and sleep there? It got so bad I sent the management a live video from 1 am in the morning showing about 12 bed bugs crawling in from the vents, windows, base boards and neighbors! Mt wife and son both went to the hospital and urgent care with complete doctors reports and medicine from all the bite that were infected, and it still took another 4 weeks to get a company to walk the apartment to see what's going on!
I hired two (2) outside pest control companies walk my place and they both provided written affidavits stating the bugs were not coming from my apartment and if they would have treated the issue within the first two weeks and not 6 weeks later they could have taken care of this mess! By the way the property managers hired and scheduled Dewey Pest control to come in and check everything out! Guess what they said WE DON"T TREAT FOR BED BUGS, it took two weeks to here that news! Alliance property management company employed these two clowns at my apartment building that don't know their head from their a*s! So now Dewey hires and sub-contracts a company called Alliance yes I know Alliance of all names! They come in two yes 2 weeks later so its been 4 weeks I have been living in this place paying 1945.
00 a month. This whole time not once did the management come over in person to see what's going on and see if we are OK NOTHING! I moved out from Doctors orders saying you can't live there with these infections and can't afford to get more, what father would let their family live in conditions like this? These two mangers are women and knowing I have a six year old didn't even affect them! TRASH!
I had both toilets unbolted from the floor and moved back and forth every-time you used the bathroom and when your done and its time to flush it would smell like the sewer because of the wax ring was broken! My toilets were broken for 6 months and they wouldn't come until I called the city! Even then it took another 10 days because they had to order the bolts and wax ring right? I keep emailing them saying the same part and part number is across street, I mean right directly across the street and the wax ring and bolts same part number in stock, but it took 10 days! The worst place ever run, I have 5 other issue and I could go on and on!
If you have the same issue send me a email because just off of YELP I have had 26 past tenants stating the same thing with documentation and emails to prove it, Class Action because other tenants from other properties are calling! I will not stop and let just same I'm sorry goes along way and taking responsibility like a real management team and face the tenants especially when they are angry, thats what real managers do the MANAGE!
