Alliance Inspection Management, LLC. Reviews
I hired AIM to conduct a PPI on my behalf for a vehicle on the other side of the country in December 2017. The tech they sent gave the vehicle did not drive it, but gave it an A rating, including claiming that there was no visible rust. Upon delivery of the vehicle, I had noticed that the interior cabin would fill with smoke after driving it briefly. I took it to my local mechanic to have it looked at.
The mechanic brought me into the shop and showed that the entire subframe was rusting, and that multiple key components had failed or were on the verge of failure. He chided me for not getting a PPI, and when I shared the results from AIM, he immediately pointed out obvious flaws that were visible without the vehicle being on a lift.
When I contacted AIM to express my displeasure and wanting some form of compensation (at minimum, a refund for services), I was effectively told that all sales were final. I escalated to one of their senior customer service representatives, Edward Hippel, he was very accomodating but was never successful at resolving my case. When I expressed my displeasure with this, he referred me to their chief counsel, D. Jesse Graham, Esq. Mr. Graham never once responded to phone calls or emails.
My own attorney attempted to contact Mr. Graham as well, but ultimately advised me to drop any attempt at a suit given the multi-state legal challenges and expense.
