So the VA. gives my dad 390.00 A month well they wanted my dad to have a fiduciary so we put my brother up for that, well my brother died of cancer in april so my dad put me up for it . when we heard back from the VA. the said I was not able to be his fiduciary because im an EX FELON so they appointed Alliance Fiduciary ,we didnt even get the right number for them until about the sixth month,the VA. had given us the wrong number,so anyway the next month the VA. returned control of my dads finances to him ,well we only found that out because I contacted them an said thought they had returned his bennifits to him an they said they notified us but when they read the address it was alliances address so they said they would send us another notice so they did .so we started trying to get a hold of alliance an when I did I ask laura my dads fiduciary if they were still gonna take the annual 4% out of my dads money because he lives on a fixed income an she said they would not do that because they had not performed any services they never paid A bill the whole time ,for one cause we couldnt get A hold of them.so now were into the third month of trying to get my dads 2,300.00back,an I think that is because I told them the last time I spoke to them I believe it was Jennifer Mgr.I told her that if they took one penny of my dads money for services they did not provide I was going to contact every news station in AZ.an tell them what dishonest people they were .it was bad enough that when my brother died we couldnt get a hold of them to get then money to have my brother creamated it was lucky for for us I had a freind that loaned us the money for it .and now they still have my dads money when I last got A hold of Jennifer at the end of feb. she told me he should get it by the fifth of mar. well thats been another lie they have told us ,Plese Help
