Beware of Alliance Construction Co. also goes by names of: Epic Construction, Mark Lewis Con, Mark Lewis. Has a "crew" that goes by names of Steve and Joel as well as a fake person named Roy Card that he claims is licensed. Provide fake insurance information that when we called no record was found. Also have had over a thousand dollars of goods go missing as well as hundreds of dollars or material.
Beware unlicensed, uninsured, incomplete Alliance Construction Co
Took a job and signed a contract for few weeks worth of work walked out/thrown out of job at week 23. Failed to show most weeks to do work, always had reasons. The work that was done needs to be redone by a qualified contractor. Railing for stairs is lose and baluster are falling off (daughter was holding it when it came off), electrical was cut and left hanging in rooms, drywall is a mess, tape is falling off the walls, all painting needs to be redone, they hide electrical in drywall and spackled over it this is just the tip of the issues.
We are significantly over the time line and budget and need to brought in someone else to finish. BEWARE you are dealing with someone that talks a good game and seems nice but can not complete a job to any level of quality. There is a pending case as well with a few agency's.
Have attached picture of some of the many issues that we are facing.
