I would have never started to smoke on jobs if I didn't assume that it was okay. Yet he let 4 people go without any notice, one having a new born baby of a week old. I know this guy fired us all wrongfully, I want to help my co worker more than myself here. Its extremely unfair considering they obviously smoke weed with us all.
I want the company drug tested. And I want compensation for wrongful termination for my co worker with the baby. I know it seems dumb, but they smoke with us and fired us for that exact reason. I want the company checked, I was promised a raise in a month and worked there for 4 and received nothing. When i would ask, he would say your not worth it.
