I've had the installation of centeral Air and Heat on 7/11/19 including a Warranty of 10 years.. After 2days I contacted the service dept.due to the Air Condition Not turning Off. To have the Unit removed!! The service dept sent a Technician out to check the Unit.This Unit has a 100 percent Customer Money Back Guarantee..The Unit still continues to have Issues that the technician could Never Correct/Fix..I had over 14 Technician come out to my home!!I've contacted the Company Many times About my Warranty/Service/Removal of the Unit..

Customer Service is Very Unprofessional handling any issues we as Consumer..The company send a Technician out only to inform me that Wouldn't Remove the Unit or Refund my money..This company has many Compliments about the Service/Warranty/Installation and Fees.They take Advantage of People/Senior Citizen..My Warranty is Of No Value to me due to the Fact the Unit NEVER worked Correctly.
