Joe wanted $1000 each month but I could not afford that so I sent them $250 instead. Joe called 2-3 times a day asking for money. Joe said Allegiant could not proceed with my case for a loan modification if they did not get money from me. This was all I heard from Allegiant. I recorded some of his calls. I could not afford more money because I live on disability. Three weeks later I wired $1000 to the account number Joe gave me.
I talked with Jim Baker, the attorney for Allegiant Legal Group. I explained my financial problems to him. Jim Barker or Baker agreed to do my case for $4000. He also pressured me for more money by saying that this is my home we are talking about.
Jim Baker told me to ignore the notices that Bank of America kept sending me. When I called Joe to complain, he hung up on me. I talked with a guy named Chris once when Joe was not there.
Now I will be foreclosed because I did not get a loan modification and because of the missed payments that I did not pay because of Allegiant Legal Group.
