MoreThey lost my Toro lawnmower last summer, Chris (the owner) got into a huge argument with me over it saying that no one else had reported been given the wrong mower (big surprise considering it was a really good mower). In an attempt to settle, I took another mower of a much lower quality and it never worked properly. I was busy last year with my lake property being flooded by high water and the mower issue was put on the side burner. This year, I brought it in to a competitor to get tuned up and they told me that it had very low compression and that the primer bulb was cracked and there was water in the carb. I never actually had the chance to use it, since it never worked. I brought it back to Chris at Allcraft, he remembered me and blamed me for not bringing it back to him sooner, saying that gas goes bad in 2 weeks. TOTAL BS. I explained that all I wanted was a mower that worked. I left the mower with him, gave him my business card and asked that he please call me in a week to discuss. I haven't heard from him since (2 months later). VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE HERE, COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, OWNER DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS ERRORS.
I would have been happy if I had just been given a mower that worked but apparently that is too much to ask of this business.
