This by far the worst experience I ever have , and the biggest scam of a company, I am a single mother of 3 , I relocate in Georgia and leave my furnitures in Maryland in a Storage, I however save up enough to try and get my furnitures , I shop around to try and find a reasonable price for moving my stuff here , Allstatemovers contact me base off my information being in a database for moving companies, they were so persistent on getting the Job, thier rep Jasmin was the sweetest person you could talk to and very persistence, however I explained my situation I told her what my buget is and she quote me a price , we went over the stuff I have everything was finalized and contract send to me to sign , the movers went to get my stuff and from there every thing just seems phony ,it takes them 2 days to move my stuff , I try contacting them no reponse, when I finally got in touch with someone in the office they claim the storage tell the movers they had to come back the following day because they were taking too long to move the stuff out , by this I had a moving date for the 28th of June or the 29th I need to be out the storage before the 1st of July to avoid abother month of storage fee , finally the 2nd of July and rep for the company call me to tell me the movers have my stuff and I should pay the half that was quoted to me for pick up , they email me the bank information I should deposit the money, which I did , the total move was supposed to be $1167 from Maryland, after I contacted the rep or maybe the owner sounds like he had ownership the way he was on the phone, he change and said how much did you deposit I said $583 ,he said you know that the move is $1583 right a whole extra $400 was added, I ask him how that yesterday I spoke to you and that was not said , he hang up his phone and from there I kept trying to call back his number the company number and no one report they still have my furnitures and my deposit , I am stuck in a situation and really would like some help on what to do next, I would advice no one to use this Company they are truly a rip off
