When I needed a repair service for my Bosch dishwasher which wasn't getting any water in the wash cycle, this company was the first to come up on my Google search results as DenverApplianceTech.com. They have a very professional looking website and offer same day service as well as a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I called because my regular service company couldn't come out for a week.

Larry Haney showed up the same day as promised. He explained that the problem was the control board was bad and that it would cost $180 for a new one. He required a deposit check of $100 before ordering the board. I should have refused at that point, but my wife was anxious to get the dishwasher repaired as we were having guests for Christmas eve dinner.

Although he was able to get a new board the next day, it took several days before Haney returned with his partner Kim Coffman. The dishwasher still didn't work after they clainmed to have installed the new board. Haney then explained that he discovered mice had eaten away at a styrofoam float and that is why the water was shut off. He said he needed a $1 new float and would return the next day to replace it. However, he needed the balance due on the board as well as payment for installing it. Since I trusted him, I gave him another check for $183.

He did not return as promised. After about 25 unreturned calls (they never answered because they could identify me on caller ID), I called Hi-Tech Appliance in Broomefield. Their technician came on schedule and had the machine working within minutes with no additional parts.

I described the original symptoms and asked if he thought I had needed a new board. He explained that what I described is the default mode the software directs when it detects what is perceived as an incoming water leak. He said the guy from All Pro must not have worked on Bosch diswashers before or he would know this.

The bottom line is All Pro Appliance Repair has no clue as to what they are doing and will gladly rip off customers. They do not show a physical address on their website or invoices so it is not possible to file a small claims action. They are not registered with Colorado Secretary of State as a legitimate business. You can forget their 100% satisfaction guarantee as they will not communicate with you if there is a problem and you cannot find them.
